The staff were efficient and friendly.The appointment was for my 10 year old and they were all so wonderful with her. She felt comfortable and they answered all her questions about her vision and astigmatism perfectly so she could understand. It was really a great experience for her first exam.
*we did initially have some trouble with scheduling but it wasn't their fault. I was scheduling online so they had to reschedule when I selected a location that didn't accept our insurance, and once more when I selected a slot for a provider that was leaving. Once I scheduled over the phone it went smoothly.

I was very happy with my first appointment with Dr. Le. He was amiable, thorough, and answered all of my questions. In addition, the front office staff were pleasant and check-in was smooth and efficient. There was almost no wait time. I had just started to fill out the New Patient form when my name was called. Last but not least, the assistant who performed the testing and measurements was friendly and easy to work with.

This was my first visit with Dr. Riedel I was very impressed with him and the staff. I have been very unhappy with my previous eye clinic. I have been looking for a new eye clinic EyeHealth Northwest and Dr. Riedel were recommended to me. The eye exam was the best I have had in years in the past I have felt rushed and not listened to Dr. Riedel did not do that. I will definitely be recommending EyeHealth Northwest to friends and family and returning in the future.

My uncle had an appointment at this 5050 location and it was charged without notice. For the 3rd time.
It would be nice if with any changes, there would be a notification. Right now after going to the 5050 & Glisan location and having to drive all the way to 93rd & Sunnybrook next to Clackamas Town Center. I feel that the location is inconsiderate, racist and unprofessional.

We have been having trouble with the scheduling.
We make an appointment and when we show up, the receptionist mentions that it was an hour earlier than the time that they provided. No reminder calls or texts received at the number that we have.
I am really disappointed and frustrated about it and hope that in the future, our appointment is taken seriously.
Every time they re schedule is about a 2 month wait. Our Next appointment will be from November changed to mid January.
I believe the other locations that need patients are canceling the 5050 location appointments so we end up with them and that may be why when we show up; the appointment is cancelled or changed.

I could sense that the staff was under some sort of time related pressure, in that, I was somewhat hurried from one room to another;plus, there was scant time for any sort of polite chit chat. But that's ok, because I received, what appeared to be, a quality eye exam for current and long term eye related illnesses - and that's the bottom line.
I'll definitely go back there for next year's appointment.
