Eyes On Broadway

What incredible service. I have never had glasses in my adulthood, nor vision insurance, and the whole team at Eyes on Broadway from the front desk to Shannon answered all of my questions even ones that felt "stupid" and we're happy to do so! Shannon answered questions I didn't even know I had. I also heard how the staff interacted with other folks while I was browsing frames and everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. Incredibly transparent with options for price and no pressure to buy - I would highly recommend and I haven't even gotten glasses yet!! I casually walked in to browse and see what insurance might cover, and walked out feeling deeply informed and actually cared about. 10/10

Stopped in briefly to browse their very impressive inventory. Tristan helped me; He is approachable, professional and very kind. The front reception was also very welcoming. There are a lot of styles to try on. High recommend if you're looking for fun or for your next pair. : )

I took my old frameless glasses to get a new lens. I want to go with progressive lenses( wasn't a good idea) because the size of the lenses (completely my fault) after I picked em up I couldn't wear them at all and they make me super dizzy and uncomfortable. Thank you for replacing them for free

Hands down the best optometrists I have ever been to. Dr. Barreto redid my contact lens prescription that had been over corrected by a previous doctor at Kaiser Permanente and adjusted it to compensate for my astigmatism so I now have perfect 20/15 vision while wearing them. The rest of the staff are super helpful and over the years have helped me pick out multiple frames for my glasses. I'm not the best at knowing what frames might look good on me which stresses me out, so they will take a look at my face shape and then show me their recommendations based on my style. 5 Stars!

Really enjoyed the eye health screening and thorough, easy to understand explanation of my change in prescription. Both Faith and Dr. Lindy Thomas were great.

Best vision experience ever!! They use all new technology to make the appointment as comfortable as possible. Super trendy and friendly staff. 11/10 would recommend :)

I have been coming to Eyes On Broadway for close to two decades. Dr. Barreto has been my main doctor for many years and I adore him. I've since seen Dr. Boersma and Doctor Thavorn, for urgent issues. Both of them are also fabulous, caring, Providers with amazing "bedside manner" and an ability to educate in an understandable way. Standing out separately from the Optometrists is David, the "Front Desk Man of Many Hats". He has been there nearly as long as I've been going there. I think he very well may be the underlying thread that holds the fabric together. Beyond being able to manage all of the tasks, such as intake and initial testing, fitting eyewear, and the obvious administrative load he handles, he is a very kind and supportive person. He worked diligently for me to handle a difficult and stressful situation with an outside specialist. He listened to my concerns with such care and empathy, and quickly helped me resolve the problem. I am very grateful for Eyes On Broadway and I know that my eye health is in the absolute best of hands. All of the staff here can be very proud of the service they provide.

Dr. Boersma is the optometrist we all need. Dr. Boersma is incredibly intelligent, creative, and personable. She takes her time with you to answer all your questions. I was blown away by the level of technology and investigation Eyes on Broadway provides. I will be trusting Dr. Boersma and her team from here on out.
