The front desk staff at Eyes on You were friendly and attentive, and their online portal made it easy to make an appointment. Also, Dr. Khong is by far the best eye doctor I've ever been assessed by. She was thorough and told me things about my eyes that no other doctor had noticed or thought to mention. I ask a lot of questions and she was happy to answer them. Overall, a great resource downtown for anyone wanting to set up an eye appointment.

Eyes on You is a beautiful, clean, easily accessible downtown Portland office. Both front office staff members were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kathy Khong was extremely kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. She took her time and answered every question I had. They also have a fabulous selection of frames and did a great job helping me find the perfect ones to suit my face and personal style. 10/10 will definitely recommend to friends and family!

What an amazing experience at Eyes on You, PC! I followed the stellar reviews straight into my own five-star visit. Dr. Khong was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. She spent the better part of an hour with me and made sure I understood every aspect of my eyesight, from the vision test to ongoing eye care. After my exam, I met with Jason, a Certified Optician who guided me through choosing frames. When I say this man knows frames, I am not exaggerating. He selected five very different styles, and I loved them all. He was friendly, hilarious, and clearly passionate about what he does. Elle at the front desk handled all the paperwork and was both efficient and welcoming. I'm grateful for Google reviews -- the 5.0-star rating is absolutely spot on.

I won't lie at first I was sceptical because they had so many high ratings and that's hard to do. But it's real! They were so nice, the dr explained everything and was very patient and kind with my anxiety. After the appointment she was clear about why I needed a follow up and how it would all work with insurance. Super kind staff as well and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything (i did get lenses and an eye lid cleaner). Definitely recommend!! And as someone with anxiety they will take great care of you.

I highly recommend Dr. Khong and anyone she hires. There is little employee turnover so you get a cohesive experience from waiting room to exam to picking out frames. Dr. Khong is knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and trustworthy. I have been going to her for over 10 years and greatly appreciate the care she provides. Thank you!

I have been seeing Dr. Kathy Khong for three years. She is thorough, professional, kind and honest. I have moved from Portland to Beaverton but will continue to make the trek every year to see her.

I've been going to Eye's On You for the last 7 years. Dr. Khong is the most thorough optometrist I have ever had the opportunity to have. She asks great questions and explains what is going on with your vision extremely well. If there were more than 5 stars, I'd select that.

Contact lenses wearers be very weary. I was very excited to get new glasses and contacts at a convenient downtown location was very disappointed in the customer service I received. The doctor was excellent and after a very thorough exam, my contact prescription for both eyes was downgraded significantly. When I went to order new contacts from the front desk they did not have them in stock due to my strong prescription and I received a wait time of 3-5 days, which is totally reasonable. I let them know I only have contacts in the wrong prescription and have a new glasses appointment scheduled there for later in the week. Most people know wearing the wrong contact prescription can cause strain on your eyes and severe headaches which I was experiencing. I reached out again hoping I could receive a trial pack of contacts in my correct prescription even if I had to pay extra so that I would not have to deal with intense headaches and eye strain during the work week. Front desk assured me this was not possible and there was nothing they could do for me. Despite my pleas to contact the doctor, I was never allowed to. No other attempts were made to accommodate me. Unfortunately, apathy seems to be the standard now for medical care in the city. I would look elsewhere like Dr. Arick and his caring team at Visualeyes very close by.
