Dr. Cook's assistant was very professional and quite personable. Great combination. My experiences with Dr. Cook are always great. She is extremely professional while being warm and friendly. She is always able to answer all my questions. She has given me a recommendation for cataract surgeon after asking me some pertinent questions. I appreciate the fact that she really listens to me. I am aware that Dr. Cook is very busy but she always makes me feel that she has time for me. Not all doctors are capable of doing that. She is very knowledgeable in her field. Dr. Heather Cook is knowledgeable and caring. She has consistently taken good care of me for several years. Though she is not an M.D., she was able to find and diagnose a systemic health issue that was impacting my eyes. I highly recommend her.

The doctor was great. Very busy place! But I didn't have to wait long. The rest rooms seem to have no ventilation. Two doors were open and I quickly realized why, each bathroom had an overpowering noxious sewer smell. Almost like a park outhouse. I had been hoping that one of them would be okay. I quickly realized they had apparently been constructed with no fans.
