Lyons Eye

Easy to make appointments and in a timely manner. Staff is competent and friendly. Dr Lyons is thorough and explains what she finds and what she prescribes. My only comment about Dr Lyons is that she is soft spoken. I wear hearing aids and do have trouble understanding her at times but she does repeat. All in all, I'm pleased with Lyons Eye. I left another eye clinic where I was very dissatisfied.

Dr Lyons is the best. Her entire team is great as well. The office runs very smoothly and is immaculate at all times. So thankful that I found this clinic. If you are tired of huge organizations, this is the place to go. If you want to feel good about your opthamoLogist's skill and treatment, this is the place to go..

Dr. Brown is an exceptional eye Dr., I'm so grateful for how he cares for my eye health. He listens, addresses my concerns, and has taken amazing care of my complex eye needs over the years. The office is also nice, with great staff. Thank you so much Dr. Brown!

I chose to make an appointment for my husband based on previous reviews. We were both highly impressed. I was shocked when we were told he didn't need cataract surgery now, after getting a different opinion from his prior vision care provider. We were given co-pay information up front, unlike what someone posted earlier. I also saw a friend later the same day who is a highly respected eye surgeon at OHSU. When I asked him if he knew Dr. Lyons, he responded "she is great!" He then asked me about our previous eye care provider. He explained how their care has declined in the past few years following the retirement of several of the more experienced doctors.

I have been going to Dr. Lyons for many years. I find her to be incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and sincere. She never attempts to provide unnecessary tests or services and genuinely and efficiently prioritizes the patient's best interests. Her staff is friendly and welcoming.

I've been going to Dr. Lyons for about three years and my son had been going to her for a few years before that. Kimberly, who conducted most of my exam, was so friendly and good at explaining things. Hannah at the front desk also was friendly and helpful. Dr. Lyons has a manner that can be misunderstood, as she is a very matter-of-fact person, but I have found her to be thoughtful and helpful at recommending treatments for my dry eyes and other things. These are not products that her clinic sells; they simply are things that will make my life easier and I appreciate her taking the extra time to do that.

Dr. Lyons and her staff are wonderful! I've had 2 Annual Exams and both visits were extremely positive experiences. They don't hesitate to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions! Dr Lyons came highly recommended and I now know why!

Dr. Lyons is very focused and thorough. It was the best exam I've ever had. I do wish I had known my eyes would be dilated and the appointment would be two hours long. The 100 mile drive home was difficult for me.
