Very helpful, friendly, and patient staff. Dr. Snider is wonderful and very knowledgeable, explains information very well. She made recommendations for my glasses that have relieved some long-time issues and were worth the investment.

I stopped going here. Why? The eye doctor is good for the most part but the eye glass techs really put me off. They work on commission and the big blonde was hoping to upsell me a lot of stuff my insurance doesn't pay for. I declined most of it and boy did she lose interest fast. When I picked up my new glasses a week later, she just handed them to with no intention of checking the adjustment or how they fit on my face. Had to insist she do it. Total turn off. I think if you read the reviews, most of us like the doctor. It's the staff that causes the problems

The staff was welcoming and professional, and Dr. Snider is the best in the business. When I called with urgent concerns about my vision last year, they went above and beyond to get me in the same day for an exam to rule out anything serious. Since then, I've just needed to go for an annual exam and get some glasses to help with a small vision issue. They also have a sweet selection of frames, so really happy with my latest pair. Highly recommend!

Life Changing! I have struggled for years to live with ok long distance vision but couldn't see my computer at work (as a dental hygenist) and readers were not a viable option because I wear loupes (magnifying glasses) and need to toggle back and forth between the patients mouth and a computer screen. Dr. Snider found an amazing solution and put me in multi focal contracts with a new technology that works perfectly for my needs! She also helped me get my eyes healthy again after a scratched cornea and implement excellent yet simple daily habits for my best long term eye health. In addition, the entire staff at her office are super helpful, friendly, professional, and generally fantastic! Overall a 10/10 experience!

I had gotten a little bleach solution in my eye, and I called to see if I needed to come in. Unfortunately, it was a Friday and they were closed. I left a message not expecting to hear back from Monday, and planned to go into urgent care. Dr Safari-Snider called me back at 10 pm that night when she got the message, giving me reassurance and instructions on what drops to use to ease lingering irritation. Saved me a trip to urgent care, which would have cost money and time I didn't want to spend. Seriously great dedication and care, can't recommend her enough!

Dr. Snider is the best eye doc I have ever had! She diagnosed something correctly immediately that stumped three doctors before her. Additionally, I have been asking my eye doctors for years why I can't see at night well enough to drive without lighting (except in one pair of glasses), and they didn't know and told me I have to adjust my life around this impairment. Dr. Snider figured in out immediately and gave me a more appropriate prescription. She noticed on my health history form that I have migraines and is trying to see if my vision and glasses prescription could be causing or exacerbating them, which I didn't even know was a thing. No one has tried this before. I don't know if it will work, but I appreciate the attempt and that she is taking care of me proactively. Finally, she found me a type of contact lenses that I can wear comfortably, which is hard to do. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I called to make an appointment and I was told that my insurance was garbage. The man who answered the phone told me that this clinic does not accept Eye Med vision insurance because Eye Med does not pay. He suggested that I pay in cash. Meanwhile, EyeMed boasts America's largest vision network. A simple Google search says EyeMed has a financial strength rating of a or excellent. It would have been sufficient for him to tell me that they are not a participating location. I hope the clinical services are better than the customer service. Unfortunately I will never know.
