Dr. Balish and his staff are excellent! He has been my go to eye doctor since the nineties with all my issues. Explains everything well and has a calm reassuring manner. Highly recommend!

Dr Balish told me in several visits that if I was unhappy with my cataract lens relacement ..he could exchanged it! I had two left eye evaluations; the first one was full of errors! Surgery was cancelled and I had the second evaluation! Yet at the time of surgery he used the first evaluation that was full of errors. I wasnt seeing good at the follow up...where he realize a mistake was made! He used the first evaluation not the 2nd where he was to put in a Crystal lens The left eye lens was never exchanged as promised! I never agreed that I was satisfied with it. I trusted him as he took full responsibility for the mistake. He was honest then in his summaries he was not!! (Later changed his responsibility story saying witnesses heard him talk about the lens that was to be used..(standard) ..He didn't ..not true! No witnesses! What he promised me was to exchanged the wrong standard lens for the Chrystal lens. (This actually could never be done). I trusted him to do my right eye cataract ..a crystal lens! As again he said he could put the correct lens in my left eye. Which he covered without charging me his own fees. (ln most cases this could never be done when getting opinions from other ophthalmologists)! Later ..when I got copies of my files.. he was not truthful and said besides himself ..a nurse and an esthesiologist heard him discussed the lens he was to used. This just was not true! I came with a checkbook to pay for a crystal lens in my left eye. The 2nd evaluation was agreed upon. So his saying constantly and assuring me he could replace a lens which gave me false hope was not true. Right eyes surgery with a crystal lens was very good.I would agree a very kind doctor. Yet a mistate was made! Also aying he was responsible as it was his clinic .. his secretary put the wrong evaluation in surgery plans. Still Dr. Balish should have asked me what lens was being put in. I know he did this for the right eye! I was as sorry as he was!

I went to visit Dr.Balish's office for a evaluation of my cataracts. The staff were all very professional and kind. The Doctor was very thorough and comforting on how the cataract surgery would proceed and all my options as far as lens inserts and what to expect prior to and after the surgery. Myself, Knowing the feelings of apprehension to this type of eye surgery, Dr. Balish put me totally at ease. I would recommend Doctor Balish and his team to All. Thanks Eye Health.

Dr. Balish provides excellent cataract lens surgical replacement surgery, and followup adjustment to prescription with UV adjustable lenses. His customer service is top notch providing answers to all questions throughout to processes that were involved. My vision has been restored to better than it was before the surgery. I now only require glasses for closeup precision work in electronics repair or photography.

Dr Balish did a marvelous job with my right eye cataract and follow up to ensure my eyesight was good. Recently, he treated an infection in my left eye and He and his team were very thorough and cured the problem. He knows what he's doing.

I have extreme dry eye, and my current ophthalmologist was unable to address it completely and suggested that I go see Dr. Balish. Dry eye, was one of the specialties that Dr. Balish addressed. He explained in detail of my dry eye condition and proposed a particular treatment that I will come back and do in a few weeks. Not sure how that treatment will go, but one thing I do know is that Dr. Balish Is one of the most kind, caring and compassionate as well as knowledgeable Physicians I've ever met. I wish every physician that ever attended my care of any kind was just like him!
