I've been getting my glasses at this place since I was a child. Great service and quality in professionalism. One non-major issue I have though is that they would say my glasses would be ready within 2 weeks and most of the time, it would take 3-4 weeks. Nonetheless, I do recommend this place. Last time I went was in early of January to pick up my new Prada glasses. Absolutely love this new selection of frames that they have.

Dr. is great and professional. However, this review is for the office management and customer service. They did not give us right information needed making us lose the benefit last year ($400 total in contact lenses and glasses frame for myself and $150 for my husband). We called in Dec to schedule an eye exam. They didn't have any time available. They scheduled us in Feb and said they could back date so we could use benefit from last year. We got the eye exam in Feb and I was going to get the glasses but the lady at the office said I could look for other frames on some websites. She did not tell me I have to select frame by a certain date to be able to use my allowance last year. I would of getting something right away that day. Today, I called and they said we cannot use the allowance last year because it was too late for that. The lady did not accept that it was her fault that she did not tell us the deadline. She was mean and hung up on me. she said she was busy and didn't have time to argue with me. I was trying to ask for help from her to possibly to find a solution, but she kept overtalked me and said she was busy and didn't want to argue. They did not want to taketake responsibility when they made mistake. We would go for other office in Dec if we got all the right information from them at the begining. I had great experience with the last office desk person until they changed to this current older lady.

Dr. Nguyen at Alameda Vision Center is an excellent eye care provider. She really put the time in to get me the correct proscription and address my concerns. The office is supplied with many diagnosed tools which are used during the preventive checkup. The front desk and eye glass specialist were both very easy to work with and spent the time for me to fully understand my vision needs and options. The office worked well with my insurance provider and the billing was processed as quoted. This is the best medical provider and office I have worked with for a long time. Other health care professions should take notes from here.

Solid and practical. The staff is helpful and friendly - their prices are reasonable - they work with you when they're out of network with your insurance. I'm a fan. Feb 2021: I finally listened to Dr. Nguyen and started using eyedrops four times a day - my vision is so much better! I can see close up even with my glasses & contacts on. Listen to Dr. Nguyen!

I went in for my appointment and was greeted by a friendly and professional staff. The ophthalmologist was quick and thorough with my eye exam. The office is very well kept and clean and they have some of the best selections in eyeglass frames.

Excellent business. Let me first say this place is the least expensive place for an eye exam I have seen in town, less expensive than Wal-Mart. I had been going to Wal-Mart's vision center for years, until the pandemic hit. I got a job so I needed contact lenses ASAP but Wal-Mart was seemingly booked out for over 10 days out. I called around for a walk in appointment and eventually found this place. Everyone was incredibly friendly they had me in and out in a timely fashion yet they spent less time having me sit there and spent more time getting my prescription perfect. I haven't seen this well in years. All in all, this place deserves your business. They will be having my yearly contact prescription visit from here on out.

From the moment I entered until I put on my new glasses, it was a pleasant, professional experience. Great service and pricing!. I recommend them!

The staff and doctor are incredibly friendly and helpful! Tony helped us find some safe, durable and adorable sunglasses for my baby. They can handle a good beating from my little munchkin. We are looking forward to using them when the weather is nicer!
