I adore my new frames! The Super Stellar crew here is what truly made it tho. Been to the other 2 locations, but this is my absolute fave so far. Experience, knowledge, patience, kindness & trying to make it work for you. This may be their smallest spot, but they pack a punch & make up for it in good vibes. So helpful & attentive beyond measure. Will be returning for sure. Love the staff! They even helped me thru their lunch break with zero pressure.

Everyone was so nice, caring, and informative. Dr. Eugene Pak and her staff were very patient with my many questions and candor. Without a doubt, the best eye appt I've ever had, hands down. Their selection of frames is expansive, even in the small space given. And they don't do the eye puff exam!! Absolutely will recommend this location to anyone who asks.

I'm so happy I chose this place for my emergency visit! Such a professional and friendly place to go for your eyes every needs! They even have a texting system. This place blew my mind with really great customer service, professional, friendly and beautiful display filled with glorious glasses. I can see the customers are happy as they come in for their exams or follow ups. The doctor definitely took care of my emergency and eased my anxiety. Very educated and helpful with resources! Will come back. My partner was jealous I got a soon appointment but that's only due to urgency which I appreciate!

I am astounded with the quality of service my child and I received at Myoptic today. This is the first Google review I have ever written, and that says a lot. My son and I were 60 seconds past our appointment grace window and were denied services. Literally one minute past. I attempted to ask for some "grace" and "understanding" as this was our last day of school, I'm a teacher, and I have two children I'm trying to manage. I was told that my 1 minute was cutting into other people's appointment times which is a load of garbage. I guarantee you that the doctors aren't being penalized for being 1 min late to their patient appointments. Where is the humanity. I would never have denied services to someone who was doing their best at 1 minute past. The assistant manager who I spoke with was also incredibly rude to me. They only regurgitated the same script with an unprofessional tone and body language. This appointment was time sensitive to our family. I respectfully declined when offered a new appointment.
