EXCEPTIONAL customer service, knowledge base, and care! Dr. Max is a unicorn in a forest (magical in their expertise). I felt seen, heard, and understood with my chronic vision issues and concussion symptoms. I feel I am in caring, competent hands. His staff: Jessica, Lenora and Darin were so supportive. They bent over backwards to accommodate me. After 16 months into my recovery journey from a concussion, with little progress, I now have hope. Dr. Max's expertise has been a key piece in solving this puzzle. I am beyond grateful and hopeful that I can finally start to experience the progress and healing I've yearned for.

I have seen a few different specialist for my eye condition that was caused by a stroke. All of them said there is nothing that can be done. Within 10 mins of being in the office I had a solution that dramatically changed for the better my ability to precieve my environment. They did a thorough check of my eyes and did it at my ability and pace. They explained how and what was happening in a way I understood. This was my first visit but felt like I had been coming for years! It takes a little bit to get into see them but it's worth it!! I'm beyond excited for the potential that came from this visit as I will be able to get part of my life back! I'm not only happy with finding answers and a solution. Even if I didn't find a solution how they were during the visit still would have blown me away and I would have given same review. I could go on and on as this was the best clinic I have ever been too. Even watching other people interact with them was awesome to see!

My son just completed vision therapy and I have to say, all of our experiences at the clinic were wonderful. The staff is warm and welcoming and do a great job explaining what will happen and what is expected of the patient and family. Dr. Lee is kind and gentle and genuinely an amazing person and doctor. We feel so fortunate to have found such a quality team.

Wow...what a great place. I found this practice online and didn't know much about it. I took my son in for a prescription review and check up so to speak. My son is 6 and extremely nervous about any type of doctor visits. The assistant who was with us before the doctor was PHENOMENAL! She engaged with my son and really made him feel at ease and was super patient. Then the doctor came in and she was amazing as well! Both of these woman were sweet and professional. My son has extreme light sensitivity so dilation would have been really traumatizing for him and they found a way to give him a very thorough exam without it. I'm so happy we found this place!!

I have actually been to all four offices with Northwest Eyecare professionals. They have always treated me with utmost respect and are experts at their profession. I look forward to receiving vision therapy services from them and appreciate their scheduling flexibility. Thank you so much everyone you are awesome!

I've received excellent care from both Dr. Powers and Dr. Lee at these clinics. I have been dealing with some complex eye and neurological issues and they have really helped improve my symptoms after two other eye doctors were not able to. Their whole staff is friendly and the care is truly exceptional. They are upfront about costs and answer all questions at every visit. Highly recommend!

Dr. Max and his staff were really knowledgeable and personable. My daughter felt comfortable right away and was able to get through the visit happily. We recently moved to the area and I was worried about finding a vision therapist that we liked as much as our old one and I'm relieved to have found Dr. Max!

I was referred to Dr. Macson Lee directly because I suffered from a Traumatic Brain Injury. There were so many scary things that I was experiencing when I initially came in for treatment, it seemed like nothing would ever be even close to "functional" for me again. However , Dr. Macson Lee and his colleagues were always very positive, informative, supportive, encouraging and patient with me and my progress. He would praise even the smallest victories and make sure to remind me of the importance of sticking to the plan (if I slipped remembering to do my light therapy sessions and record them). Returning yesterday for my 2.5 year check-up, walking in without the assistance of my walker or my son.... I am an independent woman who has grown so much thanks to my many care team providers who poured their expertise into me. I am truly blessed and beyond thankful for everything Northwest Eye Care Professionals has done for me. They have given me a brand new outlook on life. I was greeted with "This is the best we have ever seen you look since you have come to see us here in our office!" I drove home last night on cloud 9.... My heart was full of joy, happiness and gratitude. Since my accident I have always seen something broken and unfixable, I was reminded yesterday that others see something complete and worthy. I need to think in that light from now on! Thanks for everything!!!!
