2 eye exams, with 6 different prescriptions (2 progressive, 2 "close" 2 computer) and over $600 spent on lenses and frames that are basically useless. My old prescription that barely works is still better that what I was prescribed here.
I had better first visit prescriptions from Americas Best.
I do want to say that everyone I interacted with were awesome, kind and friendly.

I was really impressed with Dr. Avruskin. She made me feel at ease immediately. She explained her thinking and answered my questions thoroughly. I got the sense that she was willing to spend the time with me to give me that answers and care I needed. I never got the sense that we were in a rush as I have at other offices. Nonetheless, the appointment was quick and efficient. I can't wait to get my new frames!

The doctor and the eye clinic team were good, polite and my exam was easy and done in a reasonable amount of time. The customer service at the Lens Crafter portion was terrible. We ended up walking out because they were too busy to help us with a frame purchase.

The doc was great and super helpful. Really liked him. The female staff member helping with glasses was not helpful. Seemed annoyed by my questions about the cost of the lenses and glasses. Kept showing me the computer screen like that was supposed to make me feel confident that she knew I was using my insurance benefits the correct way. I was just wanting to make sure I used my benefits correctly and efficiently. She didn't seem to understand how insurance worked and relied completely on the computer system to do her job. There are many ways to evaluate insurance benefits and mix match services to help the customer save the most money. This requires critical thinking and clear understanding of the benefits. Not just clicking buttons on a screen.

She took the time to explain to me all the terms and things I didn't know about getting an eye exam.
