Every step of the process was straightforward and easy, from making an appointment to the exam itself to picking frames and the explanation of insurance coverage. As someone that gets anxiety with optometrist visits, the exam was very comfortable, and you get to avoid all of the most typically uncomfortable parts of the exam like the puff test and getting your eyes dilated. In place of dilating your eyes they have a machine that takes pictures of the back of eye, in addition to taking photos of the oil glands in your lower eyelid - both of which I had never seen before. Dr. Duong did a great job of then thoroughly explaining what I was looking at in the pictures and patiently answering any questions I had, and I felt like the exam was much more comprehensive than ones I've previously had elsewhere. The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful, and made the preliminary tests and picking out frames a really pleasant experience.

I appreciate Dr. Duong taking his time to clearly explain every step and answer all my questions. His staff was professional, friendly, and patient while helping me pick out frames that complemented my face shape and personal style. I appreciated the front desk staff for listening to my concerns about fashion, and practicality. The frames options were flexible, and adaptable to accent my face shape angle! Professionalism

I had such a great experience here today. Everyone I interacted with really listened to me, and I never once felt rushed. The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away. The office itself is beautiful, super clean, and has a really nice selection of glasses to choose from. Dr. Duong was amazing. He took his time, explained things so clearly, and I felt like he genuinely cared about my concerns. I was especially impressed with how knowledgeable he was about my MCAS diagnosis, which can make things complicated. It meant a lot to have a doctor who understood how to handle that with confidence. Overall, I left feeling heard, cared for, and excited to finally have a place I trust for my eye care!

Couldn't imagine a better place, with more state-of-the-art gear, and a better guy to work with than Dr. Johnny Duong. Dr. Duong is extremely professional, friendly, and committed to getting all the of the details possible on your eyes. His imaging technology is some of the most amazing medical equipment I've ever seen. I have 20/20 vision but we were able to identify a small stigmatism--never knew my vision could be even more efficient and effective. I will be back every few years to check in for sure!

Nothing but positive things to say about this place! It's a very well put together eye care office. Dr. Duong's care was excellent, and I was able to get my new glasses the same day. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a new optometrist!

Had a great experience from start to end. Website calendar made booking the appointment easy. Staff was warm and helpful. Dr. Duong was a real pro and took the time to explain everything. The space and equipment all seemed new and modern, and I always felt I was in good hands and was getting top notch care. Highly recommended!
