They have friendly staff who remember your name when you walk in and they always greet you with a smile even when they're all with other patients. Their customer service is outstanding. The providers are fun to interact with, don't rush you and genuinely listen to your concerns. They give you the best care possible and collaborate with each other when something complex arises. I cannot imagine going anywhere else nor do I want to.

I never feel pushed to buy and I always feel the staff are genuinely interested in my needs. Mitchell went above and beyond to help me find not one but two amazing frames! I get compliments daily on my selection and I could not have done it without him. He also provided me with helpful tips on how to have my new prescription (progressive) adjust properly.
