I have been coming here for 7 years and I love it!! The secretaries at the front are always so sweet and helpful!! They're very communicative and great at problem solving whenever I call!! All eye doctors here that I've worked with are great as well! Very kind and explanatory of testing, treatment plan etc. the people who help you figure out what frames you want are excellent as well!! Always honest yet helpful about finding the style/ creating vision you have in your head become a reality!! Anyway come here if you want to be taken care of and enjoy wonderful people all while getting your vision needs met!!!

My fiance and I have been coming to this optometrist office since 2023, and every visit has been a great experience. I recently went in for an eye exam and ordered new lenses, and once again, the whole team was amazing. They're always professional, polite, and genuinely accommodating. The glasses sales team especially stood out this time. I've never felt so well-informed about the lenses and frames I was purchasing. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. Highly recommend, this is a team that truly cares about their patients and goes the extra mile.

I would like to give the highest ratings to the optometry staff at The Eye Group Associates. I am so pleased with my Tiffany sunglasses knowing that these may be the pair for the rest of my life - yes, I'm at that age when you wonder if this is the "last pair I will ever need". In my heart, I wanted something special for my 65th birthday. The designer selections were amazing, and the optometry staff were so very patient and knowledgeable about their inventory and fit. They were very enthusiastic about their frames and it was fun to speak with them about the different options. They have a policy that if a frame wasn't quite right, that I could return it and exchange for another pair. I was grateful for the rush order of the first pair, got to wear them for a week and a half, and realized they were a little big. When I let the Eye Group optometry staff know that I wanted my original choice and went back for consultation, they showed me an even better frame as they got to know me by then. I am so pleased with my Tiffany frames - they are so unique and stylish. For my forever frames, I am so very grateful to the optometry staff at "The Eye Group Associates".

I went in to get my eye glasses tightened. The they got me in right away and did a great job. Plus, they cleaned my lenses. All the staff I interacted with very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them!

Lost a screw in my glasses on my way to the Keller and needed a quick fix. Staff was very welcoming and helpful and had me fixed and on my way in a jiffy right before they were to close. Excellent service!

I just started coming here, had my first appointment about two weeks ago, and I just wanted to say how nice all of the staff is! The front desk staff, the doctor, and the woman who helped me choose my frames were all extremely friendly and knowledgable. It felt very welcoming and like I was being taken care of. I will definitely continue coming here going forward.

I had a concern about my vision that I felt had not been caught by opticians elsewhere. Dr Bonner was so sweet and nice but very thorough and reassuring. I finally have the right prescription and glasses I really love.

I've been coming to The Eye Group for almost 20 years because I receive outstanding care and service every time. Cynthia Rimkeit is a great optometrist and I always look forward to seeing her. She's friendly, highly experienced, and smart. She works quickly and efficiently, and she 's a good listener who answers questions well. As a contact lens wearer, I don't feel the need to update my eyeglasses very often, but in my most recent visit to the in-house optical shop, I had a great experience with James. He's well versed in the technical side of optics as well as the fashion considerations, so he does a great job of matching the client to the right products. Plus, he makes the experience fun. The people at the front desk are wonderful to work with, and parking in the downstairs garage is free because they will validate your ticket when you come in for your appointment.
