Today my ex-girlfriend was denied an eye appointment for being 10 minutes late. Because she couldn't see so she misread the appt time on her phone. She called me in tears.......the poor girl couldn't see, her eye glass frames were broke in half. So I called The Eye Studio and spoke with Andy and told him our situation. He was completely booked and said come on in and I'll try to fit some new frames to the old lenses. He greeted us at the door and fixed the glasses with some new frames. He charged us nothing and said He just wanted her to be able to see. God Bless you Andy, you showed her true human spirit, and compassion. We will never forget this day and how great you treated us. I vow to pay this forward because he wouldn't accept a tip he just wanted her to be able to see again. Thank You.

I've been coming here for three years now and have been continually impressed the by quality of service and services at the Eye Studio. My family has a history of retina problems, so I wanted an optometrist I could trust to be thorough in their exams. The Eye Studio has blown me away with the tools and technology they use as well as the education that I've received about eye health and eye care. Dr. Rosencrans has been stellar, and the rest of the team have all been kind, informative, and grounded in their care. I pop in throughout the year to restock on supplies or get my glasses adjusted, and each and every time I leave smiling. Highly recommended on all levels. Plus, it's right next to World Foods, which has an incredible Mediterranean deli you can treat yourself to after a visit!

Every person in this entire office makes your experience so warm and wonderful. They really take the time to ask questions, talk with you, and thoroughly understand your condition. But then the best part was how great they are at explaining why you're experiencing what you are, and educating you. I went in for a vision check for both distance and reading glasses, and discussed with Dr Tina Tsai how to treat my chronic dry eye. Best vision experience I've ever had.
