Check in was quick. Dr Prapong was running quite late but he is definitely worth waiting for. I simply had lunch at momma g's on the first floor. The quiche was delicious and Carmen is definitely an asset. I now live in Woodland Washington but make the drive to Rockwood when he needs to actually see me instead of having a video appointment. He never shows the stress and is always patient, kind and smiling. He answers all of my questions and spends the time he needs with me for my heath issues. He even spends his off time researching things that may be helpful to me and my health conditions! There are a lot of doctors at Kaiser and I understand his practice is closed to new patients. He is the reason ....his patients simply love him and don't want to leave him. If you ever get to be lucky enough to be one of his then I'm recommending that you seize the chance. You won't regret it. After my medical appointment I stopped in at the optical department to get my glasses adjusted. I didn't have an appointment but only had to wait a few minutes before being seen. The tech was super helpful and answered my questions before was on my way. Mary

My whole visit was fantastic! Dr. Han was very thorough and kind through the process of my eye exam. Yolanda assistance was wonderful! She was very sweet and helped me pick out glasses with my style in mind and with genuine honesty to help me find the ones perfect for me. She also was very personable and made me feel more than welcome, especially for my first time coming here. I would definitely recommend this optometry site to anyone!

Dr. Le explained my vision problems very well and maped out future visits to keep track of my issues. Katie helped me select the correct frames to accomadate my lens. Dr Le and Katie were very helpful and informative. Thank you so much!

Felt well taken care of. Like I was shopping with a friend, not at the doctor picking out glasses. Yolanda helped me find two pairs that made me feel comfortable and I felt looked best on me. I'm more likely to keep track of and wear these since I like them so much!

Stopped in at Kaiser optical in Rockwood, Oregon, Katie helped me with some glasses that had cracked lenses ,even though they were out of warranty. She did me real solid and did a one time free replacement. I am very pleased with this experience. I have shopped at Rockwood optical for years and will continue to shop and buy my new glasses yearly there..

Stephen was very helpful with selecting and ordering new sunglasses. I had a minor change in my prescription, so this was beneficial. He also explained that I could probably still replace the broken frames for the sunglasses that Kaiser doesn't carry anymore. I ordered a pair and my prescription lenses fit great. Now I have an extra pair.

My husband has Huntington's Disease and his eyes and head move a lot. We initially ordered 2 pairs of bifocals and when we picked them up we found they weren't going to work for him. It was suggested he get a pair for distance and a pair for reading. It's a perfect solution. The staff who helped us at each visit were so respectful of his condition and patient in the fitting process and their kindness was greatly appreciated. You have a wonderful team.
