When I started to get overwhelmed, she helped me manage the options I had on pen and paper so that I could focus on what I wanted :) What's more, she offered empathetic fashion advice when asked. Great experience as always. The technician at the desk in the back was very nice, she complimented my hello kitty shirt which made me feel even more welcomed. The technician that brought me back for the tests was also very kind. Instructed me very well but kept the mood light and didn't feel rushed. The doctor took time to answer a question I had and eased my mind on it because it was something I was concerned about. Overall great appointment, been with them for years and have never had an issue:)

I had mixed feelings about my experience at Visionworks Lloyd Center. While the customer service was quite good--friendly and attentive--the condition of the display glasses should have been a red flag. Many of them were so dirty that I hesitated to even touch them, which didn't inspire confidence in the overall quality.
Despite my initial doubts, I decided to order a pair because the prices seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, the glasses I received (around $450 after a discount) were extremely disappointing. They felt like a flimsy pair of children's sunglasses from a dollar store, with lenses that had a dull, gray tint. Even cleaning them felt like handling a cheap piece of plastic packaging.
Thankfully, Visionworks has a solid return policy, and I was able to get a full refund with minimal hassle. While I appreciated the ease of the return process, the overall quality of the glasses left me with no desire to shop here again.

Great selection, well organized & clean store at the Lloyd Center location. Colby greeted me as soon as I entered. Staff were helping other customers, but somehow managed to get me started by running my prescription, asking about my needs & letting me know they'd be right with me. The other customers were treated kindly & there was genuine care & interest in their needs. Staff explained differences between the features, performance & costs of glasses in very accessible ways. There was no pressure to oversell like I've experienced at other places. Colby was very knowledgeable & took the time to listen to what I wanted. Much appreciated!

I had a great experience getting my vision examination here at visionworks. The staff was friendly and prompt, and got me taken care of right away.
My issue arises when it came to getting my glasses from the retail side. I was informed the glasses would be ready a certain date. I called a few days before that date to make sure they were still on target and was told I'd get a call back. I never did. I then called again to get another status update on the day they were supposed to be ready but it was only then that I find out DAYS EARLIER there was a flaw discovered at the lab with the lenses. No one felt fit to call me to let me know this information and there would be a delay in my order. And no attempt was made at the time to refund part of my order or anything at all to make things right in any way.
I'm glad I didn't waste my time going to the store, but I feel like it was just luck on my part that I chose to call first. My time was still wasted and not valued, and it is truly frustrating based on the amount of money I spent here that they didn't feel it was worth a preemptive heads up or an apology.

Dr. Nguyen was very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire staff was very nice. I felt supported without being upsold. They also have systems to support using preferred names, although when scheduling an appointment online there is no place to input this so you'll have to call or tell the receptionist if this applies to you.
