My first exam and purchase at the Roseburg, OR location was simply awesome! So nice to finally find a decent selection of quality wider frames to fit my wonky head, and a pleasant staff. Lens options and coatings are better than Lens Crafters and pricing is competitive. Grace in sales was a pleasure to work with. My glasses were ready in a week - outstanding!

i absolutely love eyemart express. they do the eye exam there, they figure out your prescription, you walk over and pick the frames you want which the staff are extremely helpful with, and then they make them right there in the store, my glasses were done in 21 minutes!! i've gotten 3 pairs of glasses there and every experience has been amazing! super friendly staff and a welcoming warm environment to be in!

My husband and I have been going there since they opened. The doctor is great and kind. The staff that works with you and getting glasses are the best. They know alot and give you honest opinions about how the glasses look. This is great coz everyone need a little help picking. Keep up the great work Eyemart your the best.

Dr. Moran is so sweet. They got me in quick. They're very reasonable. I got my glasses the same day. The girls helping me with finding the perfect pair were amazing! The entire experience was seamless!

I was amazed at the way this Office was arranged. You didn't have to wait for someone to show you glasses.There were people at desks for that.They helped my wife first, and I was amazed at her prices, so I asked if they took my insurance.And they did, and I bought two pair of glasses.Also, they were awesome knowledgeable, friendly fast. We went to lunch and both received texts that our glasses were ready for pickup. These are the best glasses that I have had in years.I can see so much better than I could.With my v a pair. We will be back for our next pair of glasses when we need them. My wife even commented on her eye exam that they had machines.She had never seen before. I drove to Roseburg from Eugene cuz Eugene had a machine down and their lenses were out two wks and my daughter needed glasses that day. I drove down there, gave them her prescription, they found her frames for me and 18 min and $40 later, I was out the door w two pairs of glasses for my daughter. She'd never been there either. I was thoroughly impressed w how fast they got here glasses done and for 2 for $40, the quality is awesome. Am definitely never getting glasses anywhere else

My rating is based solely on the Eyemart Express opticians - not the independent optometrist in the location. I received a prescription from the in-house optometrist, which was later adjusted after another exam. Both prescriptions significantly overcorrected my moderate astigmatism. After multiple pairs of glasses proved unusable, I had an exam and received a prescription from another optometrist, which overcorrected even more. I obtained a copy of my expired prescription from nearly a decade prior and had an optometrist verify that it was still correct for me. The clinic that renewed my prescription failed to deliver working glasses after over a month. I returned to Eyemart with the verified prescription. Given that they'd already dealt with seven pairs of incorrect glasses, issued refunds, and reinstated my vision benefits to be used elsewhere, I wasn't sure how I'd be received. They recognized me immediately and were (at least outwardly) very welcoming. I was helped by Stephanie this time. She was initially unable to use my benefits, which had been reinstated just hours earlier. She spent around 20 minutes on the phone to secure a manual authorization, and she even pushed back against VSP when they quoted the wrong copays for add-ons. Afterwards, she ensured that I understood my benefits, what was available to me, what my limits were, and my out-of-pocket expenses. 25 minutes later, they had completed two pairs of glasses, which were perfect for me. I'm grateful to each of the four opticians who worked with me. I especially appreciate Stephanie. She always provided the best customer service she could.

Listen, from the first second to the last it was a truly wonderful experience. Literally checked all the boxes: Expert and articulate Dr Moran with state of the art vision testing. Efficient and kind receptionist. Talented, patient and very helpful staff helping with frames and lenses. I was so surprised at how much fun it was! Thank you! Colette George
