I recently had an eye incident where I was faced with the possibility of going to urgent care but reached out to my optometrist first since it was an eye injury. New Visions told me to come in and I was in and out in under an hour. The staff and service was great. I had kids with me and they were patient with us all as they helped me. The ability to perform a quick assessment and provide relief and care was greatly appreciated. I have been a patient of New vision for over a decade now and have always appreciate them. Now I appreciate it more than ever!

All of the staff are amazing and super kind! They were Great!! I had the privilege of meeting Cheryl (I am sorry if I spelt it wrong!) but she was the absolute best! She was so kind. I've never felt so calm and relaxed talking to someone I haven't met before. She educated me about things I had no clue about. My experience was 10/10. They had new types of testing I hadn't experienced before which was impressive! I got to see the inside of my eye balls for the first time!
