If I could give a zero I would!! First of all, they absolutely never answer the phone or return calls from the messages you are forced to leave! I tried calling at the very least 5 times in a row, hoping to get someone/anyone to answer! Oh boy, when they did, this is how they answered, "what can I do for you?" No, this is so and so, how can I help you? Zero customer service skills! Then proceeded to tell me that they would not give my son a contact to get him through to his appointment but that they encourage patients to schedule sooner so this doesn't happen and his vision isn't bad enough that it should affect his driving! Are you kidding me? You are his provider and his appointment is still another month away! The worst customer care I have ever experienced! Thank goodness I don't use this office myself! Please, save yourself the frustration and poor service and go somewhere that acts like they want your business and actually care about your needs, not see you in 30 days!!!

Zero, Zero I wrote a long description of all the things that went wrong and deleted it! All I can say Do Not Waste your time if you want to keep your sanity! The front office is in complete shambles, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

If I didn't need a new eye exam done so bad I would have left and rescheduled. I have 1:40pm apt, over 35 minute wait for appointment, there was 3 people in the waiting room and one being seen one person left without seeing the doc. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the lady up front that helps with the beginning of the exam offered and made me the best coffee I've had all year!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Most the staff is young and inexperienced. They are not great with children or patience. It seemed their goal was to get through the appointment and make the money not for the patient. I would not recommend to anyone taking children here. Maybe for an adult the experience would be different but children need more time and care then this place proved to provide.

Best eye doctor I ever went to. Bonnie was thorough, professional and honest.

Recently had some issues with another provider in town. We called the office to see if they were accepting new patients, when I tell you that they were 100% helpful with everything I mean it. From the minute they have said Hello, nothing but awesome customer service from them. The even have been helpful accommodating our situations and explaining things that the other office just told us to figure out. I am so happy to have moved all of our family over to this office, and we haven't even seen them yet!!

I have some pretty serious concerns regarding the intellect and intelligence of the doctor. The CDC has called off the mask mandate months ago, stating that they are not helpful and that there is no difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated. The fact that this "doctor" insists her patients wear a mask is a HUGE red flag. Ignoring facts and following through with a false narrative is both ridiculous and irresponsible. A professional who ignores facts cannot be trusted. In the medical profession, providers are sworn to do no harm. Masks have proven time and time again to do harm to those that wear them. Aside from that, the office crew was loud and rowdy during business hours, sharing personal stories with each other and visiting amongst themselves far more than they were actually working. The entire visit for my daughter lasted less than 20 minutes - unusual and concerning, especially considering we waited over 45 minutes just to be seen. As someone who values their time, money and resources I would not recommend this eye doctor unless it is the only place your insurance will pay for.

Do not go here. I had an eye exam over Two months ago. When my glasses arrived the trifocals were too high. They were sent back to the lab. When they came back they had not put a prism in the lens. Back they go. When I didn't hear from the office after waiting another three weeks, they said the lab sent them to the wrong place. Today I ran out of patience and went to the office. I requested to see the doctor. She wasn't in. I insisted they call the lab to find out when I could get my lenses. After no satisfaction I said I would wait for the doctor. The clerk went to the office and came back with a refund of my deductible signed by the doctor who supposedly wasn't in. Don't go there.
