Rayanna did not disappoint. She was incredibly honest and genuine while helping me pick out a pair of glasses that looked good on me. Not only that, but we had some fun picking out the ones that definitely did NOT! There are better deals out there, but the staff here never fails to lift me up. A true joy.
Sarah is the most reliable and sweetest person who works at lens crafters. No one else would even tried to help until I waited for her, cause she was the one who helped me to begin with. This place would be nothing without her. She's kind, sweet and so accommodating to everyone she helps. Ask for Sarah when you come in!
A great experience for someone who has never needed prescription sunglasses before. I was greated promptly and showen what I asked for as well as several other options. The associate was cheerful and easy to deal with. I was shown both options during the lenses choices showing how Lenscrafter lenses may or may not be a better option. Associate was great to deal with and he was very clear on the pricing and how my insurance could help me this year and next year. I will be back, thanks for all the great information.
I lately had an eye infection and Dr. Fast was absolutely quick to clean my eyelids to help with the recovery and was very swift & efficient along with LensCrafters who were immediately attentive and so kind and assisting me in finding the right frames for me. 10/10 will continue to return to this place
I went today 12/03/2026 around 4:40PM and manager denied my to used my vsp insurance to get ready-made lightcare! Worst customer service I don't know if she tread me for being spanic
I loved this Lens Crafters / Eye Focus NW location. I came in for an exam appointment with Dr. Mark. He was incredibly kind, professional and made the process a breeze. I love when doctors explain things to me in layman's terms and give a realistic approach. I work in the medical field and can say that Dr. Mark is a GEM. He explained what the prescription meant and interpreted the test results in a way that was easy to understand to somebody who's never worn glasses before.
My good experience doesn't stop there! I loved the two women at the front desk also. I can't remember their names to save my life, but both younger with dark hair. One of them preformed my pre-exam and explained all of the steps that would take place as we went. They no longer have to dilate the eyes with solution and instead use a new technology which I really appreciated.
As for the LC staff, they were phenomenal. Delaney helped me choose some glasses for my new prescription and were the furthest thing from sales-y. If they do get commission, you'd never know because the interaction felt SO authentic. I tried on several pairs that weren't doing it for me, and even the staff were encouraging me to continue looking through the selection because the fit wasn't quite right based on their experience, while suggesting alternatives that would suit me better. The last pair I tried, Delaney and Sara turned around and went "Yes!! Those!!" and I completely agreed.
One last comment that I think is super worthy of praise - during my short visit, I witnessed two things that will make me come back again:
1) I saw a staff member politely refuse a tip from a pt. and instead ask for a review if they were happy with their experience.
2) Another previous pt. came in and only had to state once that they didn't want to be helped and wanted privacy while shopping - the staff were so respectful and didn't approach her once.
As you can probably tell, I can't rave about my experience enough. So happy this business partners with Kaiser and I'm so grateful for the care I received.
I deeply regret not reading the reviews before coming here. My experience was wildly inappropriate and disheartening, especially given the power imbalance inherent in a medical setting.
My husband was seen first. The provider treated him with respect and thoroughness--spent significant time with him, explained things clearly, and even showed him photos of his eye to help him understand his condition.
When it was my turn, the experience could not have been more different.
The very first thing said to me was, "It's not because you're dirty, but you might have parasites," followed immediately by a suggestion that I needed "special eye drops" that he would provide for free after filling out some paperwork. This felt manipulative, unprofessional, and alarmist, especially with no clear explanation or evidence.
He then told me my eyes were "absolutely not good at all," which was confusing and alarming given that I have fewer symptoms and complaints than my husband did--yet received far less explanation and care. I also wanna add that I had mentioned an eye injury from a bacon grease splash and he had said "well hopefully that heals up for you" and said he would not refer me to a gland specialist unless I took his eyedrops for six weeks.
Throughout the exam, he repeatedly looked up and down at my chest. Regardless of a woman's body type or clothing, this is completely inappropriate in a medical setting. Mind you, I was wearing a shirt up to my neck and I have a minimally small bust woman . It made me feel uncomfortable, objectified, and sexually harassed.
The stark contrast between how my husband and I were treated was impossible to ignore. I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and violated. This experience felt sexist and misogynistic, and I do not believe this provider treats women with the same respect, seriousness, or professionalism as men.
I am sharing this so other women can make an informed decision and avoid an experience like mine. No one should leave a doctor's office feeling unsafe, humiliated, or devalued.
I came into our local Lens Crafters store for a small repair on a pair of glasses. Five minutes later I walked out of the store with a perfect repair. I will certainly return when I'm ready for my next pair of glasses. Warm thank you to LeThu for her excellent help and service today!!
