I cannot recommend Dr. Fedoriw at Advanced Family Eye Care highly enough! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is not a rushed, cookie-cutter chain experience; it's personalized care at its best. Dr. Fedoriw truly takes the time to get to know you, listen to your concerns, and make sure every detail of your eye health and vision is addressed. He is dedicated to exceptional care and explains everything thoroughly, answers questions with patience, and never makes you feel like just another appointment on the schedule. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. I appreciate that he stays up to date with the latest technologies, and advancements in eye care such as neurolense, which has greatly reduced the frequency of my daughter's migranes. It's very reassuring to know my family is receiving top-notch, modern treatment in a welcoming, patient-focused practice!

Professional, courteous, and quick. I was able to come in the same day I had called and the following week, I had an issue where they were able to solve that problem within fifteen minutes . Cannot recommend enough.

I've been a patient of Dr Fedoriw for 3 decades, and I can't imagine a more thorough and patient-focused doctor. An eye exam lasts close to an hour, sometimes more if he suspects other tests must be done or other things checked, and documents everything meticulously; I've only been near-sighted with slight astigmatism and I wear contact lenses, yet my file is close to an inch thick. He has some of the most state-of-the-art equipment out there, including the ability to image retinas without dilation. He is well-read on the latest in ophthalmology. Sure, sometimes he's running late, but that's because he actually cares about patients and will bring in emergencies before people with regular exams, and if he needs to spend more time with patients, he just does it instead of pushing them out of the office as quickly as possible.

If I could give this place zero stars or a negative rating, I wouldn't hesitate. They overcharged my daughter for her routine yearly eye check-up by adding unnecessary tests without informing me of the extra costs upfront. When I checked out, something felt off. If I hadn't questioned their charges, they would have kept my money without a second thought. It's essential to stand up for yourself, especially when dealing with businesses that might try to take advantage of their customers. I suspect this office preys on a less informed population in downtown Allentown, assuming people won't push back. But I won't be one of them. I'll keep challenging this extra charge with my vision insurance, I won't be returning, and I'll make sure others are aware by leaving this detailed review online.

The most advanced testing there is! Wow! They have a machines a lot of other doctors don't have which showed advanced eye issues other doctors never even mentioned! The doctor was very professional and friendly. The prices were average to mid-high for an average eye doctor and yet you get so much more than an average check-up!

I've been a patient for dr. Fedoriw for 25 years! He is great and their staff is amazing. I highly recommend him!

Don't bother going to this place. My appointment was at 4:30 PM. I got there at 4:15. They made me wait until 453 and they still didn't see me. When I said when I asked why it was taking so long they said I don't know it doesn't normally take this long. Do not go to this place
