Attentive and helpful staff, the doctor was great and offered options, recommendations, and suggestions for all of my concerns, including samples and coupons. Selection of frames was really nice ranging from generic plain frames to designer options and the staff was very helpful during the selection process offering recommendations based on insurance coverage and personal choices and preferences. They said that my new glasses would be ready in approximately 2 weeks, a little slow in my opinions, but we shall see. Overall, I highly recommend them for your vision needs.
Update: I got my glasses in exactly 1 week and they're perfect! Thank you so much!

I had a good experience here overall. While it was initially difficult to get in contact with the office to schedule, I was impressed that they found me an appointment slot fairly quickly. The office was very busy when I arrived, so I wasn't greeted immediately, but once I checked in, the process moved well.
The receptionist was helpful (and bilingual in Spanish/English!), and I appreciated doing my preliminary testing before seeing the doctor. The doctor was very kind and took his time during the exam. They have a great selection of glasses, prices were a little high for frames. But the location is convenient, though parking can be a bit of a challenge. Total time was about an hour. I'll be referring my friends and family!!

We had a very good experience taking my very nervous 3 year old for an eye exam. The MA, the doctor, and the ladies at the front desk were all very kind and welcoming and we were not rushed at all. The doctor took his time and answered all our questions thoroughly and the ladies in the front took their time helping our daughter find a good pair of glasses and everyone was very patient with her. Thank you!

Best medical experience I ever had. The Staff, from the receptionists to the intermediary to the physician were very kind, outgoing, and hard working. They really took the time to listen to me and understand my problem before providing a solution. They also use some State of the Art equipment that make some other places look like they work from the Stone Age! Never felt so comfortable in a medical establishment. I absolutely recommend Allentown Vision Center and Dr Kays!

I want to start off this review with saying that I as well work costumer service and if I could leave ZERO stars in this review, I would. With that being said, the way these employees speak to their patients is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They are extremely argumentative, uncooperative, and do not answer when you call back. If I spoke to my patients they way the employees and the MANAGER spoke to me I would be fired. I know that the employees don't care if they loose clients but corporate will. Rosie was one of the employees I had the extreme distaste of speaking with. She treated My mother like she was stupid and gave her attitude when my mother tried to explain to her something was wrong with the prescription. She told her "Do you not understand what I'm saying" while pointing at her head. I get getting frustrated with patients, but take a minute and breathe. YOU choose to work costumer service, if you do not wish to provide up to par costumer service then quit. There are MANY reviews in here stating the same thing. Please please read this review and really think about if this is somewhere you would want to go for care. I'm extremely disappointed. Do not recommend at all.

Very disappointed in the front desk receptionist who answered the phone i believe her name is Rosaria or Rosara. Very unprofessional. She was very rude and nasty. I felt like i was being rushed off the phone she kept talking over me the whole conversation. She should not be allowed to work in this kind of profession. What a nasty disrespectful useless receptionist. I am disgusted with her behavior. I pay alot of money for my benefits and to have to use them at a place like this with such a nasty lady answering phones really upsets me. I feel violated in the way she handled our phone conversation. She was very de sensitized to any questions or concerns i had. I am very upset and disgusted with her service. She should not be in this professional setting. What a nasty women.
