This is the Best eye care center I've seen!! Dr. Sankari takes the time to meet you one on one and answers all your questions. He and his staff are so nice and professional. Great experience and place. My daughter and I will be coming back for future visits.

I've been coming to Lehigh Valley Eye Care Associates for two years now and level of service never misses! I had my eye exam in June and Donna helped me pick out my new frames which I absolutely love. Today I had to stop in because my daughter grabbed my glasses off my face and dropped them on the hotel door causing a lense to pop out and managed to grab my other pair and stretch them a bit. Donna helped fix both of them!! Thank You so much for being so sweet and helpful as always.

Very nice location, staff was pleasant and helpful, and the doctor I saw was great, extremely laidback and patient focused. The 3 stars is because I called to verify they accepted my insurance and was told they did. When I came for my appointment, it was determined they didn't. At that point, it was either walk away from the appointment or pay out of pocket, which I did ($140). There was no mitigation or remediation offered. I would visit again..if they accepted my insurance. Make sure before you go, they do not accept ALL types of UnitedHealthcare.

Overall a good experience with the exam and figuring out glasses to order. The paperwork was extensive. It was disturbing that they still have a request for your social security number on their form. I left it blank and they didn't ask for it. That's a red flag that puts people at risk for identity theft. They need to remove that request. No excuse for that.

Before I went to this office for an interview, I had a friend recommend them to me as she had one as well. I went in, I was there for almost 2 hours, I stayed to shadow one of the girls to see how they do everything. Afterwards I met with the office manager again and we talked and she said that everyone in the office really liked me, that she wanted me to join her team, that she was going to bring me in as an employee. She said to give her a week to talk to the dr and if I did not hear back, to call her; so that is what I did. She told me that the doctors were out sick and she needed more time. I believe it was about 2 weeks later, I still did not hear anything, so I called and when she returned my call, it now turned into "at least 30 days so I can get the schedule moved around and I still need to speak with the Dr", not in a very pleasant tone either. So I gave it about 3, almost 4 more weeks, I called again, left a message with one of the girls at the front desk, and NEVER received a call back. When I went in for my interview the office manager absolutely put on a front. To tell someone that they want you to work for them, and you give them almost 2 months after they said a week or 2, then 30 days, then they just blatantly ignore the fact that you called to see what was going on with the position, extremely unprofessional. If there was another person that got the job better than I did, it would have been common courtesy to at least call back and let me know.

I had an appointment scheduled in December and every time the appointment got close, the office called to reschedule stating the doctor would not be in the office. I finally said I was not rescheduling and to put me with one of the other 2 doctors. The service I received was good though

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sankari is very wonderful and knows my exact situation and provides advice. He's very knowledgeable and caring.
