I love this office! So friendly from the get go. Dr Hauck spends as much time as you need to answer all your questions. Never feel rushed. I feel she genuinely cares about each patient. She is my favorite provider and highly recommend!

I called Blink yesterday morning with a dilemma of trying to figure out my son's insurance and somewhere I could get him good flexible glasses (he is 3) that would take our insurance. Anyways after guidance from them, and reaching out to insurance we decided to pay out of pocket for the frames and go to Blink and it was 100% the right cal. We were able to come same day as I am leaving town next week and really didn't want to delay my son getting glasses, and they were not only SUPER knowledgeable but they were great with my son. I will likely be returning to go for myself and my husband wants to go too! And of course we will bring our little guy because he had a blast! Thank you Blink!

This place is great! I was a new patient and Suzanne explained things to me about my eyes and even my insurance that I never knew. She is an amazing optometrist!! The selection of glasses is in abundance and the decor is awesome! Thank you to the whole team here!

After calling of asking about something, I seem to feel pretty uncomfortable of the conversation interaction. At the end, seems we had figure things out. I do wish the conversation was simple. Maybe it's one of our signal our end, some kind of technical issue... Or, maybe they have a bad day that day. I do not know what I make of it. I do not seem quite satifed. May reconsider them in the future though. Thought I give them a chance.

I purchased my first pair of Kaenon Burnet sunglasses from Blink Optical several years ago and they are in great shape but the frames got a tacky feel to them and I do not wear them. I was going to throw them out and save the lenses for my other Burnet Sun glasses since they are prescription lenses. I contacted Blink Optical and Kaenon and they are sending me a brand new pair of Burnet's even though they are at least 5 years old. What a stand up establishment and company that stand by their products they sell and manufacture. The next time I am in town, I will be purchasing my next pair of glasses at Blink Optical Boutique!! Service here is top notch and I highly recommend. I bought my glasses here over a year ago and one of my frames broke. My insurance was through Davis vision so I brought them in to see if they were salvageable. Optometrist's husband looked at them and said he would check on warranty and took them in the back. He ended up putting them in a brand new frame of the same style and brand of my old glasses and charged me nothing, even though they were out of warranty. They would not take any money from me even though they could have charged me upwards of $150. I was so genuinely surprised as I was willing to pay. You don't find service like this at any chain or online. I will definitely be back in January when I'm due for my next exam as I am very happy with this practice,

I was blown away by my experience at Blink! Suzanne was phenomenal and talked to me during the entire exam to keep me distracted. I had so much fun trying on all sorts of frames and the staff that helped me was so kind and professional. We all had some good laughs and made the experience pleasurable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Blink is the best !!! I had my annual eye exam and it was so thorough, as always. Dr. Hauck is great, covers all aspects of the eye and is so patient when I make her "flip back to the other, flip to the next"! Not to forget the wonderful staff! They are so helpful, especially my gal Christina, such a doll! Of course I purchased a new frame. Who can resist the selection..... to die for! It's been my pleasures for the last 15, maybe 16 years!
