Emily Chu OD PC

Dr Emily Chu is absolutely phenomenal! The issue if Scott, who works with the eyeglasses! He is by far the rudest person and desperately needs some customer service training on how to speak to customers! I know he is Dr Chu's husband, but he ruins the whole experience! I will still use Dr. Chu because she is so great but would NEVER spend money on any product or service that Scott offers! It's unfortunate because many people think the same as I do! I will be the one to leave the review! I am speaking for so many patients when I say this. Scott truly needs to find a different job where he doesn't interact with people!!!!! I am going to change my feedback to communicate a little better. I completely understand what the owner is saying with her feedback. I just want to clarify that Scott was extremely rude and spoke down to me and made me feel like I was an idiot. He needs to learn to be more careful how he speaks to patients. Dr Chu is PHENOMENAL and the absolute BEST and I would never say anything to change that! I understand that my glasses couldn't be sent out, but his lack of compassion and speaking down at me was very rude. He also refused to adjust my glasses but could have explained kindly that they don't ever touch glasses that were not purchased here. I would like to be treated with respect and that was lacking tremendously!

Dr Emily Tain Chu is an excellent doctor. Started seeing her from 2004 to 2011, she always caring and understanding for her patient's health issues. Should have never left, most of my current eye issues would have been delayed by over 20 years if I would have stayed under her care. May God continue to always bless her and her work.

Dr. Emily Chu is the best, she is very thorough, I trust her and so happy we found her! Scott is so helpful, he's the best if you are looking for eyewear that is eye catching! Wonderful staff and Dr. Chu looks into your entire health that relates to any problems with your eyes, never had such a very thorough Optometrist like Dr. Chu! Thank you for a wonderful experience as always!

Dr. Chu and her husband are very knowledgeable and absolutely amazing with my 6 year old. She advises the best solutions for his lazy eye and has his best interests at heart. I feel so good after leaving their office knowing my son was well cared after.

Dr CHu is very good at what she does. Always on top of my eye care. She works together with you on any issues you may have with your eyes. I appreciate what she has done for me and my family. We all go to her for our eyes.

Dr. Chu took over for Dr. Boderman who I was familiar with for 30 years. He chose wisely, she is a person who can relate to his patients. She is caring and informative and cares about our overall health and our eyes.

Our family experience with Dr. Chu and her staff has been amazing! Their knowledge and customer service is second-to-none. I highly recommend if you are looking for an eye doctor - look no further than Dr. Emily Chu.

Dr. Chu was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough! You can tell she loves helping people see better so they can enjoy the things they love. 10/10 would highly recommend!
