The Dr. and staff are excellent. However, when I went to buy my frames. There began the problem. I gave them the frames and was told my glasses would be there in 7 business days. On the 7th business day I still hadn't received a phone call about my glasses. I had to call them only to be told that the lab accidentally broke my frames. I didn't break the frames. I picked out a generic pair of replacement frames that I had to pay for. Their mistake. Why not the courtesy of free generic frames? I was then told that there would be a rush put on my replacement. There was no rush. I called them 6 times and left 3 messages without a return call. Today, Friday, another week later, I still hadn't received a courtesy call. I called 6 times starting at 2:30 this afternoon and left a message about my frustration. I received a call back immediately. I was told that they hadn't receive my phone messages or calls. My wife was sitting here for everyone of those calls. The sales person lied and then tried to lie again. My glasses that had the rush put on them have allegedly been mailed from the lab today. Totally unexceptable. The apology was hollow. If I can locate a legitimate administrator to discuss this poor customer service with I will ASAP!

You wanna know the DETAILS of the new eye glass script your doc wrote you? Visit Jill. She spent 2 1/2 hrs making sure my bf was getting the EYEWEAR to fit his job! She found the best brand ( like a speciality) lens that would min the outside glare he was exposed to. She even had the sunglasses magnetically attach to the new frame. I wound up with a whole new pairs of glasses this year. Just because my issues were covered under the warranty. Which did NOT cost me anything extra! Her years of experience & dedicated customer service go well above her job description. And for that, I can't thank her enough. Your eyesight is to precious to have someone give you the incorrect perscription in your new frames. Believe me, it happens. Jill tweaks them until they are EXACTLY correct! YOU GO .

Definitely recommend visiting here for accurate glasses explanations and fitting. Tina helped solve a difficult situation from other deceitful eyecare providers and provided me new lens for frame, and best fitting care of any eye care personnel. Very well taken care of! Only the frame selection appears limited compared to more big name stores.

parking sucks here parking lot is set up to lock you in this is a eye doctor location people coming here have issues with sight just based on that parking spots should be bigger waited 45 mins for someone inside to move to get out other than that good doctors
