Brought my mom in for a glaucoma follow up. 3pm appointment. The receptionist told us that dr Thomas was an hour behind. I had asked right away why the patients were not contacted?! I have another parent in wheelchair at home! We were not seen 3 hours later!i wish I could put a negative rating not a 1.

What a huge disappointment this facility turned out to be. There is no time or care taken when seeing patients. The entire process is rushed. The staff is rude and unprofessional; clearly very unhappy. You feel like you're in a factory with how you are ushered around to different "stations". Due to the poor quality of care my eyes were "dilated" and I was seen by the doctor less than 5 minutes after the drops & before the dilation even took effect. It wasn't until I was outside waiting for my ride, without protective eyewear that my eyes were truly dilated. That's right they offered nothing to shade my eyes as is a standard practice, or so one would think. Prescription provided was not consistent with what I was told to my in the room by the doctor. When I questioned this with staff I was disregarded. If you care about your eye health I would not go here.

Hi. I ordered glasses for my 2 year old. The optician there did not know how to properly fit my son with the correct glasses. He's my first in glasses. I did not know how to get the correct size. I ordered a size too large and not generally the right shape for a toddler. I went back to exchange them and they would not do this. My son need his glasses. It's a medical device. Would you deny returning hearing aids if they did not fit?

Terrible! Staff is Rude and unprofessional. They have mask mandatory which they should call all patients and inform. They are selling mask. They made an elderly man who could barely walk go back to his car b/c he didn't have a mask and didn't have $1 to purchase. Absolutely Rude and terrible. Their wait time is ridiculous. Plan ahead people.

I scheduled for a much needed second opinion ,2 weeks before my eye surgery. I requested a few hours off from my job aka income to arrive at office with a receptionist who looked dirty w holes in her shirt and to tell me there was a glitch in system my appointment was to be cancelled . The staff was unprofessional did not care about my need for this appt nor time wasted . Walked out !!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!

I called at 2 pm because I felt like I had something in my eye all day and they got me in a little over an hour later. I got there and waited just a few minutes before being taken back and seeing a doctor. Dr. Clark was amazing and found I had a large abrasion on my right eye and put me on a couple of meds and got me an appointment the next day to make sure my eye was healing well. I highly, highly recommend both this practice and Dr. Clark.

It's true! The staff is rude, except for maybe one or two staff members. Laura is the rudest. I had to tolerate her, while disliking her, just because I was desperately trying to get figured out by Dr. Luo and her sister, Stella. I must say that I've been through the ringer with this institute. I started seeing Dr. Luo back in 2020. She performed tear duct blockage removal surgery back when I first started seeing her. But, I still was experiencing eye issues. Dr. Luo is kind. But, she lacks knowledge when it comes to complicated eye issues. Except, mine was really not difficult. She just lacked experience because, I was forced to get a second opinion by another eye specialist. In which within 5 minutes, he was able to say that I had a cyst in my eye. I ran back to Dr. Luo, to give her another opportunity to figure me out. And, she still couldn't see the cyst. I went through pregnancy with this issue and was thrown all types of antibiotics. Again, I had to tolerate Laura, who is some type of professional, who would make comments about me in the hallway, right after asking me why i was there for my visit. I could literally hear her. She was very lucky, because I'm a firecracker. But, I always told myself that once Dr. Luo would figure me out. Then I'd flick her off and keep it moving. But, Dr. Luo never figured me out! So, i never got the pleasure to tell Laura about herself. Even, my husband, who no longer goes there either. Says, the same thing about the professionalism over there. I made a third appointment with another eye as specialist. Guess what? There was a cyst in my right eye, like the second opinion doctor said. How the HELL???? How Could that not be identified by Dr. Luo nor her sister is beyond me. I would not recommend this facility for anything serious! I now have to see a eye surgeon to get it evaluated and to see how they can safely, remove the cyst. Dr. Luo is a specialist of the eye but yet she was never able to identify a cyst???!!! I experience lots of floaters. I am very concerned about my eyes. I have been on some harsh antibiotic drops. Shaking my head!! They need to fire Laura, for her unprofessional demeanor! I'm sure that I'm not the only one who feels that way. I'm just speaking up!

Not my personal experience as I would not pick this place to go for eye care. I have accompanied someone here twice. Both times even though we were first opening appointment time, we waited OVER an hour. Staff seemed to be waiting around for doctors to show up. Also glasses purchased were not fitted correctly. The arms on glasses do not fit over ears. They should have seen that as a problem.
