I have been here multiple times and loved my experience every time. Dr. Wiscount was very pleasant. The ladies who help with the frames are also great. One lady (I forget her name) helped me pick out frames that I have now been wearing for over a year and I get compliments on frequently. They are also patient when I had to go back multiple times to get the frames adjusted so they fit just right. Frame selection is excellent. It is a small practice but that means they are more selective about the styles they choose to carry. I thought I might have to go to a separate "chain" type glasses store to get more variety but that was not the case. Shepherd Hills had so many styles I liked and ultimately the ones based on the helpful associate were perfect for me.

Dr Wiscount & staff are caring, patient professionals. Dr Wiscount takes his time with you & explains everything. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Also, the selection of glasses is wonderful, reasonable & the ladies were very helpful in helping me select a frame. My glasses were also ready in 2 weeks.

My family has been going to Dr. Wiscount and his staff for 19 years. We have always been pleased with the experience and recommend them to our friends. We went for eye exams on Thursday and on Saturday received a call that our new eyeglasses were in. Very happy because I had broken my old glasses and desperately needed the new ones.

Not sure about selection of glasses and frames since I mostly wear contacts, but have been long time patient of Dr. Wiscount; he is easily best Doc with patients I ever had.

The doctor is great super friendly and knows what he's doing, not a great selection of glasses but I usually order my frames on amazon anyway. But this is an eye care center not an eyewear store... people posting things about not having a great glasses selection should understand.

Dr. Wiscount is one of the most amazing eye Drs. I have ever met. I called him on my way home from the Caribbean on a weekend, with an eye issue I was having. He took the time to see me over the weekend and also called another Dr. DeRose, Who drove in from New Jersey just to take a look at my eyes. I ended up with a rare case of eye herpes. I could have went blind if I wasn't properly diagnosed and treated. I couldn't believe both of these Drs. Came out in a Sunday to see my eyes. Neither one even mention money to me and were more concerned with my eyes. It is truly amazing how incredible these Drs. were and that there still are real doctors who care. I would highly recommend both of these Drs.

Terrible service. I ordered new frames and lenses over three weeks ago now. Still don't have them. Every time i call and get transfered, no one answers. When i go in, i get ignored. I dropped a lot of money on my eye care, and yet i have had no luck getting my stuff. I haven't been able to see out of mine for months.

Dr.Wiscount is awesome . He is very friendly and professional . I highly recommend Sheperd Hills eye care to all my family and friends .
