I attempted to visit a facility closer to my house with no same-day availability so was sent here to Allentown. I was required to have a follow up appointment one week later, so I drove the 45 minutes to this location. At the scheduled, follow up date and time as I was checking in, I was informed my appointment was canceled with no notification to me beforehand, and the next availability for an appointment is an additional week. Very frustrating.
The doctor is fine, if you're lucky enough to be able to see someone.
