Visited Target Optical on 20251118: The optician was very helpful, unfortunately the internet connection did not cooperate and caused more than a 40min delay. He took down all the information and apologized profusely for the delay. He told me I could leave and that he would call me as soon as he was able to resolve the issue. I received a phone call 1hr later confirming that the order had been placed. Thank you!

I stopped in to get a new nose pad installed and the arms tightened on my 60 year old wire frame glasses. Aidan did a wonderful job. He took great care to ensure he didn't scratch the lenses, fit of the pad, and tightened the arms. Definitely recommend stopping in if your glasses need a little work!

I come here all the time for glasses and now contact lenses which I have never tried before. Everyone is so kind there, all of the staff make sure you're comfortable and have the best result possible in your selections. Dr. Brewer is so kind and remembers details that you've talked about in previous appointments and makes sure you're set in your prescription and if you have any questions or concerns. Zach is so nice and goes out of his way to get you in for an appointment even if there's some kinks to figure out with insurance or other things. I was interested in getting checked for contacts after I came in for my glasses and he had no problem making it manageable for me. Robyn was so helpful in choosing my frames for my recent pair and even sat with me helping me take out my contacts because Dr. Brewer had another patient come in (I wear acrylic nails so it wasn't easy) but they both sat with me trying to help me figure out how to take them out and put them in. I was also given extra contacts while I wait for my order to come in. And Stacey is my girl!! She's so nice when checking me out and connects with you, she has engaging conversations while you wait. They're the best and I don't think I would switch to another optical center, definitely 10/10 recommend!

The entire team at Target Optical were amazing! It was my first time getting getting glasses and any anxiety I had was put immediately at ease. Great customer service and doctors with thorough explanations and answers to any questions I had. Highly recommend. A big THANK YOU to the entire staff!

Absolute best eye exam I have ever had. Props to Dr. Chung, and Zach for helping me through it. I put it off for so long because of past visits to other optometrists but here, the exam was in and out. Zach's calm demeanor and completely free of discomfort tests, plus a great personality really helped. Can't say enough about Dr. Chung either. Never pushy, explained everything, was patient and answered all of my questions, even strange ones I had about eyes in general. Glasses took four days for frames and lenses and I couldn't be happier. Front desk staff deserve credit as well for helping me out with everything!

These folks are the best! Everyone here actively strives to give you a great experience, leaving you feeling informed and cared for. I recently had another top-notch yearly exam with Dr. Bennicoff and Zach. And Sonia was such a pleasure to work with afterwards. From helping choose lenses and frames to coordinating insurance benefits, she knows the ropes and gets it done right the first time.
