I was skeptical bringing my 5 year old here cause all of these HORRIBLE reviews but they aren't accurate AT ALL. This place is GREAT the treated my daughter awesome and we're so good with her. It was impossible finding a pediatric eye dr in this area and they went above and beyond plus I received her glasses in record time. I have no idea why so many people have written such horrible reviews. I went there with a grain of salt just hoping to be able to get her some glasses and they definitely out did themselves. From the front desk, the Dr and getting her prescription filled I am IMPRESSED. Don't listen to the other reviews this one is actually honest. Thanks for helping my baby see again!

Worse experience ever with these people. DO NOT GO INTO THIS OFFICE OR THE ONE ON EASTON. They are the same people. Both places are completely unprofessional. Rude. You will just waste your time with them. They will not honor your appointments nor your time. Unfortunately there is never someone to hold them accountable for their actions which is why they get away with everything. Look else where.

One of my worst experiences ever! If you're reading this... DO NOT GO IN THAT PLACE! They will try to sell you overpriced frames that you can order from Amazon. The prescription is not accurate. They will not call you back. They cater to Spanish speaking people only. I have a special medical condition and they refuse to acknowledge my medical condition and/or send prior authorization from my insurance company. Again; save yourself the trip and find a different location.

My original appointment was 1/31 to get contact lenses and glasses. I paid over $280 for my glasses, and have yet to receive either 3+ months later. I've called multiple times, been told that they will "escalate" the issue to a manager, and have not been contacted or followed up with one time by VHP with a status update or answers. Not one person at this organization seems able to provide a clear answer for whether or not they have placed the order, when it will arrive, or anything. I've never had to wait more than 2 weeks for glasses or contacts anywhere in my life except for here. Shocking.

I went today and sat there waiting the guys told the lady in the back that someone just came in and still didn't acknowledge me even when I got up they didn't say anything to me I just went to fix my glasses the lens fell even tho they still gave me wrong prescription I guess I have to go somewhere else I went back and left the glasses with them they acted like I just walked in as if I wasn't there waiting 20 minutes if they care they will see this and call me my name is on here it's not like they can't find me but they won't contact me back because I didn't speak Spanish
