Jennie Tentomas was wonderful. I had dealt with a different person who made some mistakes on my order. That person was not there when I returned the next day but Jennie , from a different store was filling in, she tried to solve my problem.. she was so helpful and kind. She reached out to her own manager to help me. She went above and beyond. I so appreciate her. It's nice to see some one who cares and truly wants to help!

Me and my husband had a great experience at visionworks today! He had an eye exam and had gotten new lenses made for his frames, Jennie was so sweet and very helpful. She got us in and out in no time my husband has no insurance and that was not a problem when visiting Jennie helped with that tremendously thank you so much for all your help.

I want to take a moment to recognize Jennie Tentomas, Optical Supervisor, at Visionworks for the extraordinary care she showed my husband and me today. From the moment we walked in, Jennie demonstrated immense kindness, patience, and genuine compassion during what has been a very difficult time for us. My husband is dealing with significant neurological and vision challenges, and Jennie immediately understood the urgency of our situation. She went out of her way to help expedite his glasses so he can function more comfortably and safely, never once making us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. She also took great care in helping us select the same frames he previously wore, paying close attention to detail and ensuring familiarity and comfort -- something that meant far more to us than she likely realized. Her professionalism, calm presence, and empathy turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a supportive and reassuring one. Jennie is truly an incredible asset to Visionworks, but beyond that, she is an exceptional human being. We are deeply grateful for her care and dedication.

Honestly one of the best experiences. I needed contacts as soon as possible.I was able to get exam the same day.Get a pair of trial contacts for free and then ordered glasses and contacts.Everything was fast and efficient, and I was on my way within forty five minutes. Sabrina was awesome to work with and was so helpful!! Highly recommend

Never coming here again despite being a long time customer. From repeatedly cancelling confirmed appointments with no explanation to frame options that haven't been updated in years I would only come here to get an eye exam and buy glasses elsewhere (it's usually cheaper anyways). Okay option if you live nearby but not worth putting up with if you already have somewhere you've been going to for a while.

Had an appointment the other week for my daughter, we arrived to be told it was a teledoc visit...nearly everything was AI during the exam. Checked out and told no contacts class required, show up to pickup glasses/contacts to be told class is required. Tried calling to schedule And cannot get a live person, now I have to drive back over there again to schedule an appt to have to drive back again. Will be taking my services elsewhere in the future.

My wife had the worst service she's ever had at an eye doctor in 25+ years Everything is not labeled clearly but it is tele health, all machines are AI powered and operated with little intuitiveness and my wife's usual 15 minute appointment took 2 hours. I would avoid this company if you're used to personal eye care services with in person physicians.
