Stopped in on a Sunday with broken frames. Rachael helped me right away,informed me that frames were under warranty. Instead of sending out which would take a couple of weeks, Rachael grabbed an identical pair of the wall display went into her office and replaced the broken ones. Took a toll of maybe 10 minutes. What great service, Rachael was pleasant, informative and helpful as I can't see without them. Thank you Rachael see you for my next pair of glasses!!!!

4/9/25 Appointment time 10:45 I arrived @10:30 to fill out forms. Was called back I informed the associate that I had contacts in she told me it was ok for the first part of the exam. Tells me to take them out, I can't see up close to do so. I ask for help, she tells me it's past my exam time and to reschedule IT WAS ONLY 10:45!! She was disrespectful rude and should not be in customer service

I had an exam and ordered contact lenses, when I came to pick up the contact lenses I had an issue where my insurance wasn't coming up as covered. The woman who helped me told me that only my exam was covered and that I needed to contact my insurance company. When I contacted the insurance company they told me I was correct, I get a credit towards my contact lenses themselves and they contacted the vision center to provide an override code for whatever was happening. I came back into the center a day later and I was running late, with only a few minutes to closing Julian was happy to help me. Julian persisted at finding the root of the issue behind why the insurance benefits weren't showing up to begin with and he was able to figure everything out, was able to get everything squared away and did it with a positive attitude and smiles. In a vision center of mediocrity- Julian is a shining star, if anything he will be the sole reason I return to the vision center.
