Called to see if they were accepting new patients for my child, the woman who spoke with me had no professionalism, no manners, talked over me and then due to me addressing that my child having ASD says to me, "we don't accept people with Autism Diagnosis and even if we did, our Pediatric Dr. Leaves this fall of 2025 and we have no plans on getting anymore Pediatrics in this practice so guess your going to have to call Pittsburgh." Just he over all arrogance and rudeness involved that didn't have to be it takes less effort to be kind. I pray that woman finds peace with herself whatever is going on in her personal life.

We left Nittany Eye to come here. The staff on the phone transferring our records, answering Q's, and getting us started were great! They DO NOT charge for unnecessary procedures like N. Eye started doing; the Dr seemed knowledgeable & diagnosed my husband with something rare that our other Dr missed; the optician was very helpful with our glasses; and they have helped us with emergency glasses fix-its. It's a busy place and phone calling/ return calls are rough, but overall efficient and professional. Much better than the last place that closed offices when they felt like it. We love the larger selection of glasses, too.

Terrible experience with a vision practice - actually the worst I've ever experienced. The staff couldn't figure out to schedule my appt. The first one they needed to cancel which was not a problem because one of the doctors was sick so they said next available appt is in 2 weeks. Then they confirmed the appointment a few days before. A few hours later, they called to say they need to reschedule again. I said ok that's fine and I also told them I can see any doctor in that practice, it doesn't need to be one specifically (the one who was out sick) since I'm a new patient. 2 - 3 minutes later they called back and said that appointment time they offered to me had been taken and they need the next available appointment is in another 2 weeks. They never acknowledged their mistakes, did not apologize and the woman hung up the phone on me when I said I'll just look for a different practice to go to.

I have been seeing eye doctors since l was 4 yrs old and am now 75. 70 years of major eye problems. Dr. Budd gave the best eye exam l have ever had. I feel lucky to have found this office.

Hands down the BEST eye doctor's office in town. And a special shoutout to their tech, Ginger! She is very attentive to the needs of her patients and really went above and beyond to help me out! Thank you, Ginger!!

I was referred to Dr. Budd from my ENT doctor. Saw him for the 1st time today. I have been going to an optometrist for regular testing and screening for diabetes for 20 yrs. In the past; I have had 4 surgeries in one eye and have closed angle glaucoma. From the time I arrived today, 3pm, I got in quickly, had several tests done by different personnel, very pleasant and professional..they really checked everything out!! Then I saw Dr. Budd and more exams. Very kind, professional and listened to past history. And. It was decided that I really didn't need glasses for distance which I've been wearing for years. Just readers. Awesome place. I'm 71 yrs old.

These people keep calling and texting me to confirm an appointment for Dawn. They have a wrong number, but even after taking to a human being and explaining they have a wrong number they keep texting me. It seems like they don't have very good attention to detail. I'm not sure I'd trust them with my medical care.

I am so thankful for Dr. B and his dedication to helping children all around the world. He is attentive, caring, and willing to go above and beyond to help my child and others with their sight! Wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
