Having lasik was something I had debated for a long time after many years of struggling with contacts and hating my glasses. When I was finally ready to take the steps to move forward with the process I reached out to Envision and never looked back! From day one through now being 5 days post op the team and care I have received has been beyond top notch! Each member of this team has been kind, helpful and so pleasant to work with. They made the process feel smooth and painless from walking me through the steps leading to, the day of and following the procedure, to payment options, to wonderful conversations at each visit; I am truly in awe of how well this team works together and genuinely cares about each patient! The added bonus is even just a handful of days out and I am seeing clearer than ever!!!

Cannot recommend Dr. Lombardo enough! She has been my eye doctor for many years. One of the most personable health professionals that I know. Whether it has been annual eye exams or PRK post-op appointments, she has been great! Always willing to do what she can to help you with your eye needs!

My experience with envision laser center was fantastic! From the free consultation to the day of surgery, Deb walked me through everything and was very thorough with any questions I had. She was phenomenal! Dr. Patel and the nurses were super nice and made it very easy to relax during the surgery. The surgery only lasted about 15min from the time I entered the room to the end and they made it feel like only a couple minutes. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Dr. Lombardo! I have been seeing her for 20 years, and she always takes the time to listen to my needs, and to get my prescription right on point! She treats me like family. Envision laser staff were friendly, and even accommodated my work schedule to get me an appointment ASAP when my glasses broke. I drove two hours to see Dr. Lombardo. I cannot recommend her enough! My only regret is I didn't have PRK sooner! I work rotating shifts and struggled with contacts and dry eyes. That's a thing of the past! No more contacts.. dry eyes are gone!! 2 months post op and I'm at 20/15 vision! The entire experience with Envision was fantastic. Ben was very thorough up front and answered all my questions. Dr Lombardo is the SWEETEST woman that I am leaving my old eye doctor to follow with her! Dr Patel did a fantastic job on my procedure and Miley explained every step along the way! 110% would recommend them to anyone!

I had my PRK surgery a week ago, and I cannot say enough great things about Envision! Debbie Hoy was fantastic with all of the preop questions and testing info. Ben was wonderful with preoperative testing and care just prior to the procedure. Dave was such a calming influence during the procedure, telling me what to expect and what was happening. I wasn't nervous in the least! Dr. Patel was very professional and did a fantastic job! I'm so glad I had this done and am so happy I'm glasses/contacts free!

Priceless. To finally see all the things I have been missing. Vision went from 20/20 with prescription contacts and glasses to 20/15. I should have done the procedure years ago. Envision staff are clear and helpful through every step of the procedure. From my consultation with Debbie to under the laser with Dr. Patel, everyone was calming and professional. Mountain View Eye staff also are very friendly, made me very comfortable through every step. Everyone answers any question you may have with confidence. I recommend them highly, as they were recommended to me from a friend.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from this provider. I had PRK surgery in April 2021. I was excited to get the surgery so I would be able to see the back of my classroom again, see far away when I go scuba diving and be able to see when I am driving. My vision is a little better up close, but my distance vision is terrible. I paid for lifetime adjustments, but I would be too afraid to go back to the same incompetent doctor. I had to go get new glasses to be able to drive legally. $3700. and 8 months later, they won't answer calls from me or my health insurance. My health insurance covers Lasik, but I can't get them to cover anything because of their horrible communication. ***As for the response below: I used to live in PA and I know exactly where I received my surgery.
