Meaghan was WONDERFUL!! She helped me two separate Times to get both glasses and contacts. She was so sweet and got me the absolute best pricing I've been able to find! Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking to go to America's best:)
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Susan at America's Best. One of my kids stepped on my glasses, and they were completely twisted--arms pointing in different directions and the whole frame flattened. I was convinced they were beyond saving and that I would need to order brand-new glasses, which would've taken literally weeks.
Susan took her time, looked at every option, and originally offered to replace the frames in store, but instead of immediately upselling me, or doing that she worked with what she had and was somehow able to fix them to look and feel brand new. I walked out that same day wearing glasses I had assumed were ruined. Also may I add I love these glasses so much she originally helped me pick them out when I had gotten them..
Her patience, honesty, and dedication saved me time, stress, and money. She truly went above and beyond to help me, and I'm so thankful for her. If you go to America's Best, ask for Susan--she genuinely cares about helping people.
My insurance coverage was ending the next day and they were able to get me in for an exam and susan was an absolute miracle worker in utilizing my insurance benefits to max capacity. If you go definitely see susan, she's the best! happy with my glasses and contacts!
Wife had an appointment to get glasses and definitely glad she decided to go there. Everything went smooth. Susan was great helping my wife pick out a proper pair and Doctor Dave was professional and knew what he was talking about and was funny as well. Great place, great people, and great prices!!
The store itself is fine, but the company in general is giving fraud. My fiance got glasses here 6 months ago, paid for them, and then last week in the mail we received a bill saying "sorry the insurance isn't covering this $30 we thought they were going to, so now you have to pay it." Checking online and this happens to a lot of people that use America's Best. I will 1. Not be paying a bill that should never exist and 2. Will never shop or recommend anyone shop at this store. When I went in to talk to the people in he store directly about the bill, they said "sorry, that's how insurance works, talk to them about your complaints."
I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit. This was my second appointment, and on both occasions, I experienced a significant wait time of over 35 minutes without any communication regarding the delay. It would have been helpful to be informed that you were running behind and that I would be attended to shortly. I observed one doctor finish with a patient and simply walk past me without acknowledgment, which I found to be a lapse in basic customer service. I believe there is a clear opportunity for improvement in this area. As a result of these experiences, I will be seeking an optometrist who prioritizes patient care and demonstrates a genuine concern for their clients.
I just hung up with the representative finding out Out I had to make a payment and have a measurement done to even order the glasses, so after a week I call to see when they will be in, only to find out they haven't even been ordered. We are ordering this one, but will NOT return and will NOT recommend anyone visit if they don't even contact patients for a week of needed info top place an order, they just let it sit then try "oops". Not quality care at all. There is NO excuse for NO reach out for the needed info, and just let an order sit a week.
**edit, the hang up was not only explained but the end result, understanding and empathy shown, not only leading to a great experience during the visit, the glasses ordered and such will be well worth it. Thank you Susan for everything!
Once again though, weeks after this, I call today to find out Steph's glasses had been sitting there "our system glitched and didn't contact you", once AGAIN NO ONE contacted US, we called in to find out her glasses have been in for a bit now, gee thanks for NOT letting us know! Never again will we shop here.
Had a very disappointing experience here. The visit took over two hours, and everything felt disorganized. The optometrist (Theresa kaufman) was dismissive to our needs and not very friendly and lacked basic customer service skills. checkout was confusing -- the staff struggled with my vision insurance and didn't explain costs or options not there fault i blame it on lack of training. We were basically there to give them our money without understanding what we were paying for. Left feeling unheard and frustrated. This location really needs better communication and training. - I never do this but I have contacted cooperate as well.
