I received glasses that I could not see whatsoever out of, rather than seeing if my prescription was incorrect they took it upon themselves to randomly change it to what they thought would work without rechecking. When I got the "corrected" pair, I again could not see. I went back and asked for my old prescription in the new frames since they would not recheck my eyes and He again changed it to what he thought would work without checking and I yet again cannot see out of glasses I paid about $250 out of pocket for.

TWICE I was given the wrong price for speciality lenses. Roughly a year apart, I questioned them about the lenses and was quoted $140.00. When I was set to make an appointment for an exam and to purchase glasses, another person... a man got on the phone and said the price for the lenses alone would be $400.00. I told him about the wrong quotes both a year ago, and 5 mins ago and his response was "Sorry".
