never had a worse experience at an eye doctor. i've had glasses since i was 6 & the doctor told me my vision was fine & then gave me an incorrect prescription & rushed out of the office. i bought glasses with the prescription that he gave me & i cannot see out of them. the staff was rude & unhelpful

I love this place the Doctor is very nice and friendly, and he definitely knows what he is doing. He will answer any question you ask and explain in detail, cause I don't know about anybody else but
when it comes to my eyes I want to know about everything that's going on. And he will let you know. And the staff they are wonderful folks, they have a smile on their face as soon as you walk in the door. They treat you as if they have known you all there lives. They are so friendly and have a good sense of humor. I wish all Businesses were like Rostraver Eye Care. So keep up the good work me and my wife will be a patient and customer for years to come.

The staff was very rude. I stood waiting for help while they watched videos on their phone. They seem more interested in what's on their cell phone than helping a customer and making a sale. Also, they claim to not take NVA vision insurance so don't bother going there if that's your insurance. I wouldn't submit to the disrespectful treatment even if they did. I'm going to Americas best.

If I could give this place a "0" stars, I would. My husband and I walked in for our appointment time and the woman yelled "What do you want!?" We told her we were there for our appointment and she responded with "Well, he's behind and I can't have you lingering around up here. Go take a walk for 15 minutes". I walked outside the door and fuming, went back into there and immediately cancelled our appointment for that time to which she responded with "Alright, whatever". I told her she was a rude and ignorant person and we left. If this is the way you treat new patients, I see no reason to even bother going back in! Unreal. Unless you like being disrespected, I would go somewhere else. There are too many other qualified eye doctors for this nonsense.
