I'm very happy with optometrist Suzanne Bellissimo. She's patient and listens to what I have to say when I'm explaining my symptoms. I've been suffering from dry eyes and the feeling of something in my eye for years. She was the only eye doctor that checked the underneath of my eyelids and told me that it was GPC. Now I'm able to treat it with prescribed eye drops. I recommend going to her!

Front end service was good and the dr was good. But the girl who does the tests wasn't very nice. Wasn't very customer service like. Could be better. What i did like was how fast I got in on my scheduled appointment.

PS - the negative reviews mostly seem to be personal issues or problems that are out of the hands of the staff. Businesses get busy, insurances are fickle, and the customers are never always right

My experience the day of my appointment was fine. Unfortunately, after a couple of years the doctor still can't find a way to help me see without using reader glasses. That's not my issue. I have also brought my family here. The insurance has been such an issue. I paid a copay the day of service. I then was issued a refund check in the mail for each of us, then again the money was demanded, then refunded, now being demanded again. Our appointments were in January and I just got another bill for $10 in the mail today. I have had the same insurance for over 15 years and have never had this issue anywhere else. I will never go here again even if I have to pay more elsewhere just to not be bothered and have to wast my time over and over again month after month because this has been absolutely ridiculous. My husband wend to a Walmart vision in Greensburg and one of my daughters in Washington , they had no problems. Go there and stay away from this BelleVernon location because it is nothing but a headache.

Everytime I've been here it has been quite fast service. Always have friendly staff. My only complaint is that I took my 9 year old son, the doctor told me he had astigmatism but that she didn't feel he needed glasses yet. Then 2 weeks later I get a letter from the school saying he failed the eye exam and needs to be checked by an eye specialist. Then EVERYTIME I've called and they asked me to hold one moment. I've waited at least 15 minutes then hung up. That's happened at least 3 times in the past 2 months.

Well I had a glasses emergency. I called Walmart Vision and Glasses and by some mericle they had a open appointment for that day. I got there on time and was taken in right away. I had minimal paperwork to fill out. Did some eye test before seeing the eye doctor. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and kind. This has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had seeing an eye doctor. Thank you

Even if there looks like there is a crowd, the girls there work as a team and make you feel as though you are the only one. I love to go there and always feel great about it.
