Very unprofessional and irresponsible!!! My father had an appointment scheduled over a month in advance. With very little notice they canceled his appointment and said they couldn't reschedule him for another two months.

I broke the frames on my glasses and the manufacturer stopped making them. I was looking at close to $600 for new glasses. Tiffany went above and beyond to take care of me. She took the time to fit my lenses into another type of frame and saved me over $400!!! What a caring, professional person. Thanks again, Tiffany!

I thought I was having a good experience with my contact exam until I tried to order my contacts from a place that offered them for half the price. The place offered to call my optometrist for my prescription where they were hit with a wall of excuses including and not limited to " You never came back for your follow up to see if the trial pair work" okay but that's also because you never called me to schedule one, you didn't explain to me the course of action for this prescription, also that you never told me that you didn't actually write my prescription until I come back again to get hassled into buying contacts I couldn't afford at the prices here. I was encouraged to try a pair that started off in the high range of cost at which I liked right off the bat and didn't want to try others. Would I have liked the cheaper ones? I'll never know but the fact that the first pair I try are one of the most expensive... is why I found them somewhere cheaper to buy them.

Extremely rude office personnel! Takes forever to finally see the doctor (1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment). The script on my new lenses is wrong and when I went in to order new lenses (no exam, no picking out frames, just order), I was told very rudely they have no time to help me and I need to call to make an appointment! An appointment to order glasses?!?!?!?! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else...I wish I did!!!!

They did a good job with my exam but when I went to pick up my glasses the employee closed early and would not respond to me even though I was there before 5 to pick up. I took time off of work to get there and will need to go back again. Otherwise my experience was good.

Very rude office staff, I am a foster mom and had my children with me a 4 and 6 year old and my 15 year old whom was getting an exam. I was told I needed to leave the office and leave my 15 year old there by herself because there was only 1 person allowed in for appointments.Sorry for being a mom of multiple children. I was never treated so rudely as I was here. Go somewhere else.

I used like Dr Finnegan but but he only accepts insurance for eye exams only and nothing else.

very professional and nice people. Very fairly priced exams as well.
