Had my 1st recent visit for my annual eye exam, was assigned to Dr Carter for exam. Extremely pleased with her patience and attention to detail when checking my eyes. I'm also Extremely happy with the ladies who greeted me and checked me in for my appointment, ladies it was "my pleasure" meeting you both, your kindness is very much appreciated. To all the staff, your professionalism and kindness is very much appreciated, thank you very much. To the lady who helped me choose glasses frames and fit me for them, my sincere thanks to you for your kindness and professionalism. My usual location is E.stroudsburg. My, Doctor is Dr Negvesky and he's always pleasant and takes the time to explain what's happening. The assistants and techs are attentive and pleasant. I recently had an emergency and I was accommodated at another location(Brodheadsville) where Dr Negvesky was working at on that day. .I noticed that an assistant, Lance Robinson, who also works at my usual E. Stroudsburg location, was also working at the Brodheadsville location on that day and I was thrilled that he recognized me and was just as pleasant as always! I can't forget to say the office staff working behind the desks are very efficient and are polite as well. My only issue is that the parking lots are usually full which isn't really, a service issue. I assume it's because there are several doctors there and they each have their own patients. I also have a long wait, at times. but I feel the service is thorough so it's worth it for me hence, I usually prepare for the wait in case it's one of those days.

Awesome place. Staff is courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Moore is fantastic! Really takes her time to answer questions and give explanations. My prescriptions have also always been on point. Highly recommend.

The doctors are all professional, patient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. They explain everything in terms that anyone should be able to understand. And the STAFF! Just as exceptional as the doctors. I don't think in my entire life have I been to a doctors office and seen everyone go out of their way to help you like the staff in this office (both offices) does.

Pocono Eye Associates is a well organized, caring doctors office. Dr Payne is a great doctor and maintains my moms Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration. They do a great job at getting you in especially if you have an emergency. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Thanks you guys!!

Have been coming here now for over 3 years. My first review wasn't favorable because the staff who checked you in were not welcoming however tgat has since changed. The doctors and technicians all are very pleasant and really do a good job. Highly recommend this place and I am glad I stuck it out very happy.

Very efficient busy office. I did not wait long to get examined. I had a thorough exam and great help picking out glasses. I am very happy they gave me a trial of contacts to see if they are a good fit before purchasing. Definitely recommend.

Thank you for all your help. Specially for understanding the urgent need for my husband to see the doctor on the same day due to his left eye with a high pressure issue. On Friday 10/24 Kelly was very helpful in resolving the problem I had with ordering the eye drops my insurance company would cover . She was very patient and polite. It was a pleasure dealing with her
