Everyone was so professional, yet very personable. Hollis was very patient and so helpful in searching for new frames and explaining my insurance and their new technology for fitting frames and progressive lenses. The new technology is amazing.
Sandy was outstanding as well, so patient and kind in welcoming us and being sure our insurance was inline and so helpful to other staff members when they needed clarification.
Excellent experience for sure!! Highly recommend this wonderful place for an easy, no hassle, friendly experience.

The girls in the front really make going to the eye dr a very enjoyable experience!
My step daughter and I went last month. Laura took us into the pre exam room where they puff your eye balls, she was super sweet and personable! We both were able to pick out 2 pair of glasses. Hollis was especially patient with my picky teenage step daughter! I really couldn't have helped her pick out glasses alone! Haha so thank you Hollis for being so sweet, personable, patient, and understanding!

I was absolutely shocked at how reasonably priced their glasses are! My glasses were a 1/3 of the price! Rose and Sandy were excellent and helped me with my insurance and picking my glasses. I drove an 1.5 hours for this location, as I prefer it over the one that is 30 minutes from my house. This place is extremely clean, fast and runs so smoothly. The staff are absolutely wonderful, kind, and welcoming. We had the opportunity to have Hollis assist us. My daughter isn't the type to enjoy strangers but was absolutely obsessed with Hollis. That tells you a lot about a person's character. I will always return here and be more than willing to make the drive.

I have been going to America's Best for years and prior to the Butler location opening was always at Northway Mall location. It's the best prices for sure joining the Eye Care Club when you do not have vision insurance. I've recently had issues with my contacts and to make a long story short, Savannah was a tremendous help in this area. She went above and beyond and worked on the issue and had great communication between both me and the eye doctor. Really appreciated the professionalism, kindness and concern she had in helping me to resolve the issue.

Everyone here is so nice!! The store is always super clean and getting your glasses is very easy and quick! Laura was amazing and helped me find the perfect frames, She explained the whole process to me and differentiated the lenses to help me find the best match for what I needed. Will definitely be coming back!
