I've only been here twice over the past two years, but I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone is friendly and the exam is easy and painless. The women who have helped me pick out glasses are also a huge huge help! In my case, it's hard to see what I look like in glasses especially after dilating my eyes and they picked out frames for me that looked way better than frames I picked out for myself.

Original review:Excellent warranty on their glasses. It takes a very long time to receive new glasses. I have had some other issues that I will not publish here until I give management a chance to address them. I got no response from management so I am adjusting my rating to reflect that. I was blatantly lied to by one of their staff members when I inquired about my order and why it was taking so long. I confirmed my suspension once my order finally arrived.

Butler Eye Care truly went above and beyond for me. When their lab accidentally cracked my frames, they honored it by replacing them at no charge. My first two sets of lenses also came back slightly off, and they didn't hesitate to send them back a third time to make sure everything was perfect. They were patient, professional, and committed to ensuring I was 100% happy with both my frames and lenses (shoutout to Hannah and Morgan). Highly recommend!
