I had a good experience while there but nothing but a headache since. They were to call me the next day to either order my glasses or go ahead with neurolenses. No one called. So I waited a few days & called in & was told they would need to return my call once talked to the Dr & see which he felt I needed more. No one called again. It's now been 3 weeks, I've called in 5 times now. Leaving voicemail after voicemail. I wish I'd have gone somewhere else now. This is insane. They used to be very good. Very prompt & on top of things. Not anymore I guess..

I had great experience there and they are very excellent and I think Dr. knock and in the other doctor there that I saw today are the best and by far I think they should all get five stars because Dittman Eyecare is one of the best places in Butler Pennsylvania and I recommend it to you. All of my friends are there because it is. They are so friendly. And make you feel welcome and very very 100% helpful. I have been going there for about 10 years or more. I love it there and I look forward to going back again in May of next year from Valerie McMahon with 100%. At Dittman Eyecare.

I visited Dittman Eyecare today for the first time and from the moment I stepped, in to the moment I left was a wonderful experience. Olivia at the front desk greeted me with a cheerful smile and helped me figure out my insurance info that I was unsure of. My technician Jeremiah was so calming and reassuring and a pleasure to be around. Dr. Nock was wonderful. He was so thorough and explained everything to me in terms I could understand and listened to all of my concerns. I will absolutely be back and would recommend this office to absolutely everyone.

I have always highly recommended this practice. They provide care for my father, a complicated case, with such compassionate care that it made my husband and I both want to use them for our routine eye care as well.
