Honest, fast, easy going. I don't like my eyes touched . Don't like the air thing or my eyes dilated and they made me feel very comfortable. Helped me understand my insurance and coverage. Explained pricing and different options. I was 2 hrs Early and she got me in and technically could have made me wait for my appointment time....

Staff there is very nice and helpful, but I won't be going back. Ordered the same contact lenses for my son that my husband ordered at another local eyecare place and later found out there was a $24 difference. That's a $96 difference after 4 boxes. I was so upset when I realized it. I'll be taking my son to the same place my husband and I go from now on.

I had to find a new vision center since the former place I went to no longer offers exams. I am so glad I chose to give Visionworks a try. They have a great selection of eyewear at reasonable prices, and the promotional discounts can't be beat! The Dr. and staff at Butler Crossing were all very nice, courteous and professional. During my exam time, there were several patients still waiting to be seen, and at no time did I feel like I was being rushed through so that the Dr. could get to them. She, along with the associates took their time to explain things in detail and answer all of my questions, which I really appreciate. The only drawback was the wait. I had to wait over an hr and 30 mins before I was called back to begin my exam, but the office was extremely busy that day. The great customer service that I received more than made up for the long wait.

Not to mention I am pleased with the selection of frames as well as contacts. Anyone looking for a different place to go instead of of their current Optometrist or just want a change?.. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience. Also, their prices are very very reasonable and I am pleased to recommend vision works for all your vision needs.

Although the associates were helpful, I was disappointed to wait over 30 minutes to see the doctor. If they can send multiple messages to remind me about the appointment, they should also send messages to say when they are running behind. I made an appointment and expected it to be a valid time
