This place is a joke. I had an appointment for 2 o'clock for an eye exam. I arrived at 1:55 and I sat there waiting for somebody to come assist me. Meanwhile, another guy who had an appointment for 2:30 walked right in and started his eye exam so not only did I have to sit there and wait for somebody. They let me sit there for a few minutes while they took care of the other guy who appointment wasn't till 2:30. Then I went to go pick up my glasses two weeks later and the lady at the counter told me that they were too busy. That they would be a while. All they had to do was give me my glasses. They were already paid for. The lady said to come back another day or wait. I left work early to get my glasses and was told it would be awhile. Would have took them a total of 15 seconds to fix my glasses that I just paid 400$ for. Never again will go back there for glasses. I stood there while she talked to her coworkers. Could have got my glasses in that time and I could have been on my way.

We had to drive an hour to come here. We showed up a day early. Oops! They were very gracious to get us in. All 4 of us. We had to wait around a bit. But there was also a cancellation. I would have waited all day if needed because it was our error. They were so nice!! We were in and out in 2 hours total. Dr Allison was great!

I have been wearing glasses since I was about 4 years old. I went to the appointment at Walmart Vision Center. The doctor was caring or put on a show. I dunno, because i had yo go back for adjustments twice. Then the screw fell out. They turned out to be double layered metal frames.
So... I went in for an adjustment, this white woman with blonde hair looks at me like i have 2 heads , searches me in the computer and has the gall to say, you bought these 3 months ago. I'm not touching them. Buy a new pair or leave.
Oooh, .
So, I thought about it. I will never go back again, I get a new pair once a year.
I plan on living another 30-40 years, so they lost my patronage for life.
Please spend your hard earned money or Health insurance somewhere else, which will treat you with all due respect that you & I deserve.

They are short staffed like everyone else these days. The prices are good if buying/paying for glasses out of pocket since they don't take most insurance. They no longer have a doctor on site so you'll have to bring your prescription from another doctor. Since they have minimal staff you'll have to be patient and wait for a bit but it gives you time to try glasses on. The vision manager that waited on me was very nice. I got my glasses in less than a week. For the price I'll go back for other pairs to match my mood or outfit. They open at 9:00. Walk ins...go early, less waiting. Be nice to the ones working...they came to work.

We have visit this eye doctors several times, each time we have gone they have always gave us issues with our insurance, not to mention how rude they have been. This last time we were running a little behind, when we got there they told us the doctor would not be able to take our daughter because they had another appointment. They told us we would have to come back another day. The receptionist wasn't even polite about it, my husband told her we would take your business elsewhere, She said GOOD! We will no longer be coming to this location.

This place was great up until recently. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady had a rude tone with me. I couldn't find my insurance card in my wallet when she asked for it over the phone. asked if I could bring it with me to my appointment or if it's on file. She told me that she had a line and to answer my phone when she calls back. I had to go to work so I cannot really promise that I will answer my phone... might be looking into other places.

So I just called to make an appt w/the eye dr for my daughter who is having vision problems. The phone just rang and rang, no one ever picked up. And it's the middle of the day! What kind of a business is this? I've had multiple problems with bad customer svc here before and vowed to never come back. But I figured it would be easier to get her in somewhere that's she's been seen before. If your a new patient it can take weeks to get in. I give up. All the other reviews on this place are true! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

I had a wonderful experience at the Vision Center for my daughters exam. Granted, they are currently short staffed... they spent their time with us and helped us with getting our needs taken care of. They have been polite and professional with me and my child.
