If I could give Wigton Eye Care a million stars, I would. From the time I walked in the door, to the time I checked out, every encounter with the staff was superb! Dr. Fogel was AMAZING. He was very knowledgeable and caring. He took his time to explain everything to me and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I am so grateful that I chose this practice for my eye care.

I took a terrible fall on Tuesday my face/glasses hit the floor first. Knowing I was do for a total exam soon I called and scheduled an adjustment on my current frames. The very unprofessional worker took my glasses from the original person and told me that they were broken and could not be fixed. This person never ask me what I needed, just that they were broken. I wore them in and continue to wear them after I left. My husband and I have gone to there office for years. And have had adjustments may times. NEVER was I treated so badly. The entire staff seemed new and were walking with nothing to do! Could this be their problem for the rudeness. Stay away from this group, our eyes are too precious to get shotty attention from that staff!

I was having an issue with my eye and being a Saturday my regular eye doctor wasn't open. Wigton eye care took me in 20 minutes after I called even though they had a full schedule and I wasn't a regular patient. They were very friendly, made me feel comfortable and they were very caring about what was going on. I seen Dr. Rhine and she was amazing and gave me a very thorough exam, I found a new eye doctor and I would recommend to everyone.
