On Monday Sept 8th, I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. After describing my problem, I was told I must be scheduled for an "emergency" appointment to be seen asap. The person I spoke to said they would send an email for urgent attention and someone would call me quickly to schedule. Now Sept 17 and counting and have never received a call back. I scheduled elsewhere and won't be going here ever.
