This is not a very well run business. They entered my insurance information incorrectly, overcharged me, and are refusing to deal with it. I called the office immediately after I noticed, the woman at the desk told me they would take care of it. They did nothing, and a week later they told me sorry you'll have to call the billing department. The woman at the billing department said they entered my insurance number incorrectly and they would handle it. Another 3 weeks goes by and nothing was done, I called the billing department again and they hung up on me. The doctor was perfectly fine, but the business itself is not well run. Save yourself the pain and go somewhere else.

I usually don't do reviews but I feel that it is needed. Also, my dissatisfaction is mostly for a huge wait time.
My husband and I were scheduled at 10 and 10:15 and we waited so long in the waiting room that my husband could not stay. Also, it took until the next morning to process my order for new contacts. The glasses/contact desk took forever to receive my prescription for some reason. We left at 12:30 with only me being seen and my contact order still being worked on. Also, it took multiple calls checking on the order for my order to be completed. We have been going to this office for years and this has never happened. When my husband canceled the his appointment he had to be refunded because they started taking payments beforehand at check in. And secondly, the response that we got was that it was the receptionist's fault for letting multiple patients be seen who were late. Does not seem fair.

I am having issues following surgery and called the emergency line and was sent to voicemail. After waiting 2 hours for a response and trying several times always going to email. I called the front desk and did actually speak to a human who put me through to the triage line and again voicemail. Still waiting.... So much for the emergency support!! It is bad enough that every appt has wait times of 1.5 to 2 hours, but lack of emergency response in a timely manner is unacceptable.

9/16/25. I had an 11:30 appt. At 12:10pm I reminded the front desk of my appt time. She went to the back and techs started scrambling like cockroaches put under a light. Tech immediately took me back and performed her part of the exam and asked that I wait for Dr G in the secondary waiting room. Finally at 12:41 she put me in the exam room at which point I expressed my displeasure at the lateness. Her response "You don't have to come here". WTH? WHO says that??? My reply to her disrespect "You're right! I don't and I won't". I have been going to Crossroads Eye Care since 2011 and never have I been treated so poorly! Totally gone in the gutter since becoming OCLI. Went home and requested my records online. DONE!

The doctor has been good and I always enjoy working with the two individuals in the glasses center. Ever since this business changed ownership though they've been very hard to work with. I am looking for somewhere new to go. Nobody ever answers the phone when I call. I left a message two weeks ago and they never called me. Called again last week and same thing. They forced me to pay on my way out of an appointment that I requested to be billed once it was submitted to insurance. Guess what they over charged and I'll probably never see that money again. Be careful I would recommend choosing some place else!

As always, the staff operates in a very patient easy, but complete routine. Each staff member knows their job and completes it in a friendly patient relaxing manner. Rarely is there a backup in the waiting room yet I never feel rushed during my exam. Dr D'Orazio is relaxed but confident in his examinations. He explains in easy terms your condition and recommends treatments that are not always extreme as is quick to surgery or other more intense treatments but when that is what is necessary he does not hesitate to recommend and explain why and how he would proceed fully. He is confident but not arrogant and takes the time to reassure you. Although he has trained his staff very well in their duties he is not above participating in preparation during a procedure. He has completed several
procedures on me and always in a calming and confident manner and delivers post treatment instructions clearly and precisely. He and his staff are to be commended in the highest terms.

Office staff is friendly. Online checkin is available prior to appointment. Movement to treatment room is within 15 minutes.. My visit was with Dr Paul to follow up on an eye nodule. Prior eye exam had revealed cataracts in same eye. Dr Paul provides information and answers questions in a friendly and informative manner. Puts the patient at ease. I am looking forward to my cataract consultation.

wait time, i was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect.
I had lost some documentation regarding
recent cataract surgery, and the surgical
coordinator, Becky, addressed it immediately.
During my postop visit with Dr. Joshua Paul,
all my questions were addressed. He was
thorough and kind.
I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent
practice to family and friends.
